    Alex awake. (Bear with me on the spanish. Never learned it, using a translator. I’m a frenchwoman, no espagnol or w/e)

    Chapter 11-Wet and Wild

     

                It was yesterday that Alex had nearly died, Carmen and Shane had spent the night in the hospital with her. The three of them now sat, talking.

     

    Carmen: Seriously, Alex never scare us like that again.

     

    Shane: Um, yeah, never again.

     

    Alex: I’m sorry it’s just that. Well, if you guys get a divorce, and I go with Madre, it would suck losing mom. But If I go with mom, then I lose Madre. And I hated the fact that I wouldn’t get the choice.

     

    Carmen: oh, sweetie, we’re not getting a divorce.

     

    She looked over at Shane. How could she ever leave Shane?

     

    Shane: Your Madre was just really stressed and I guess I wasn’t helping.

     

    Alex: So, no divorce?

     

    Shane: Not that I know of.

     

    Carmen smiled over at her. Alex sighed.

     

    Alex: In that case, I’m hungry!

     

    Carmen: You want me to run out, get you something?

     

    Alex: Sure, that’s be great.

     

    Carmen: Alright then, I’ll be right back. Bye Baby.

     

    She kissed Shane again. Then she went over to Alex.

     

    Carmen: Bye Baby.

     

    She kissed her forehead. Alex smiled as Carmen left. Shane and Alex immediately turned to each other.

     

    Together: I have to talk to you!

     

    They laughed.

     

    Alex: Go ahead.

     

    Shane: Well, I kind of umm, saw Dana hovering over you when you flatlined, it was kind of freaky actually.

     

    Alex: I saw her too, I think. I thought it was her, but I wasn’t sure. Brown, wavy hair, very fit, a little shorter than me?

     

    Alex was only half an inch shorter than Shane. Shane nodded.

     

    Alex: Well, I guess I had just flatlined, but she was there. Actually kinda hot. She just looked at me and shook her head, like I was walking into a room I wasn’t supposed to be in. Then I remember her saying: ”Tough times may lie ahead, but stick together and all four will pull through”.

     

    Shane looked confused and counted three on her finger.

     

    Shane: But that doesn’t make any sense. There’s Me, you and Carmen…

     

    Just then, Carmen stepped through the door. Shane looked like she just got caught doing something.

You can’t even understand how happy i was when i found that there were 3 pages made my night great chapter as disgusting as it is if shane didnt take a shower before the sex its kinda romanitc in a way like they want each other NO MATTER WHAT! so either way i really don’t care just update again OR ELSE!!!!

    3. Shit, I almost jumped out my chair when I saw that there was three pages . . . . I’m so glad that the FAMILY is back on track. Earlier when Alex was tellin what was goin’ on while she was in her coma, what exactlly did she mean when she said ‘4’? Carmen is gonna actually be able to get pregnant; either that or their gonna’ get a dog. LMFAO!!! Anything with Alice is just plain funny, but Jess betta’ chill out, I mean Alice is a GAW, “A Grown Ass Woman”, and if you mess with someone as crazy as Alice, you’re playin’ with fire. lmfao!!! Anyways, great job, keep it up . . . LYLAS ;-p

    5. I finally caught up on reading this story, and I’m relieved the McCutcheons are safe, happy, and full of love again. It was a little hard to wrap my head around the idea that Carmen would want a divorce over things as petty as Shane showering everyday, but these last couple chapters fixed all that. I especially liked the part with Dana. I’m not a religious person, but I thought you brought this aspect of spirituality and angelic protection quite beautifully and fittingly. Of course, I can’t forget about Alice. I’m glad she has a great role in this story; she adds levity everywhere she goes. Keep up the great work, because I can’t wait to see what happens with this (possibly growing?) family.
