Previously on “The LOC Word”-
Dana and Alice planed on having ***** while Tonya is at the party in Newport. Tonya met Lara at the party. Marissa and Alex decided to move in with Shane and Jenny.

Chapter 12:

BUZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

Alice jumped when she heard the door buzzer. She rushed over to the intercom and pressed the button. Hello? she asked, voice quivering.

Its me, replied Dana over the intercom, Let me up.

Alice pressed the button to let Dana up. She ran into the bathroom to check herself in the mirror, again. God, she was nervous. She ran her fingers through her hair, pushing it this way and that until she had it just the way she wanted it.

Dana took a breath, calming herself when she stopped outside of Alices door. God, she was nervous. She stuck the bottle of wine she was holding between her legs and pulled on the bottom of her shirt, straightening it out. She took the bottle out and knocked on the door.

Alice opened the door, reveling the ***** tennis player. She bit her lip, taking in all of Danas beauty. Dana also looked Alice over. She smiled when she noticed that Alice was wearing one of those shirts she liked.

What? Alice asked, noticing Danas sly smile.

Nothing. You, um, you look amazing, Dana muttered.

Alice snapped out of her gaze, Um, come on in. Dana walked in and Alice closed the door behind her.

Uh, here, Dana handed Alice the bottle, I really dont know why I brought it but

Thanks, Alice smiled uncomfortably as she took the bottle from Dana. There was an awkward pause between them. No one knew what was going to happen or who was going to start it. Neither woman wanted to be blamed for starting it if something went wrong.

What are we going to do Alice? Dana asked after a sufficient time had passed.

I was asking myself that same question one minute ago.

Did you come up with an answer?

No, Alice said shaking her head, Just more questions.

And theyre all about me, I suppose.

Alice nodded approaching Dana. Every step closer she got, she wanted Dana more. The yearning inside her growing stronger with every breath she took. She got closer until she was mere inches from Danas face. Her heart pounded in her ears as she placed a hand on Danas cheek. She pulled Danas face those last few inches and kissed her.
