She realized just how foolish she has been right now, everything they went through was in the past now and it was time to start looking towards the future.

Bette: I love you Tina and I do want us to be together again.

Tina smiled and let out a deep breath.

Tina: I wanted that for a long time Bette…I love you baby, always have.

Tina tears were falling fast down her cheeks as of now and so was Bette’s. Both women were drained physically and emotionally to the max, the only person that could pull either one back together, was each other. Bette grabbed Tina’s hands and pulled her over to sit next to her on the love seat, with tears in her eyes, she pushed a blonde string of hair out of Tina’s face and kissed her passionately. They held each other tightly afterwards, hanging on for their dear life…for the hurt and pain that dwelled deep within…for the fear of being together once again…for the fear of failing as parents to Angelica if their relationship wasn’t to work out the next time around…for the lives that they destroyed along the way to find their happiness back…for the drama that was sure to follow once they were back together…for the pain they have cause to each other…FOR THE LOVE THAT NEVER LEFT THEIR HEARTS!!

Angelica: Mommy I’m sleepy!

Angelica said breaking the moment, rubbing her eyes. Bette and Tina broke their embrace and looked into each other’s eyes one last time.

Bette: I love you!

Tina: I love you too!

Angelica: I lub you too mama and mommy, can we go to sleep now?

Tina: What do you say mama, can we go to sleep now?

Tina said in a childlike voice.

Bette: Yes please, just let me lock up and make sure everything is good then I will be right in there with you guys.

Tina: Some things never change huh?

Tina shook her head and Bette stood and put her hands on her hips looking with a smile at Tina.

Bette: Would you want them to?

Tina: Never.

Tina kissed Bette on the lips again then went and scooped up a tired Angelica and headed into their bedroom. Once out of sight, Bette let a few more tears fall then wiped them completely off, it would be the last time she cried over their past that always seemed to hunt their lives. She let out a deep breath and started locking everything up then made her way into the bedroom to see Tina already in her sleeping clothes and Angelica laying in the middle of the bed on her back. She got undress and changed into something more comfortable then slid in bed next to her daughter and once again girlfriend, she thought about the day when Tina would be her wife again, how great it would be…but for now she just wanted to sleep next to her two favorite girls.

Tina: Love you.

Tina leaned and kissed Bette one last time.

Bette: Love you too.

Angelica: Lub you too mommies!

Angelica sloppy kissed Tina on the nose and Bette on the eye still half asleep then laid back on her back with both women arms around her.

Tina/Bette: Love you too boo!

They said in unison then Bette looked at Tina.

Bette: Eww she got water all over me!

Bette said mocking Angelica.

Tina: So gross!

They smiled at each other, wiped Angie’s saliva off then after a few minutes of just staring at each other, they closed their eyes and had a peaceful sleep with their family back together.
