who was I to make you wait II
Slumping back down he tried to come up with a plan to help his best friend out of her misery.
“Morning lesbos,” Alice chirped when she approached their usual table, a caramel coffee and a danish in her hands.
“Just because you like to suck dick now, doesn’t mean that you can address us as if you think less of our natural lifestyle,” Jenny replied in a polite and quite manner that made everybody turn their heads towards her. Feeling misunderstood she said “What?” in disbelieve “she isn’t any better than us!”
“Jenny calm down, I’m sure Alice just got a good nights fuck and is a little over energized this morning,” Shane said through her dark shades, hiding the evidence of no sleep from last night.
“Right, whatever,” Alice replied as she slouched down in the only free chair.
“Seriously Alice, when do you come to your senses and realize that hairy, stinky and selfish people aren’t really your thing?” a tall brunette asked from the other end.
“What Bette, jealous? How about you ask your woman how it feels to have something strong between you legs, huh?”
“Hey that’s so not fair” Tina exclaimed, “you know as well as everybody else that it has been three years now, and nothing is as exciting as having a sexy brunette with soft, toned skin in your bed to wake up next to every day.” Tina smirked, leaning over to kiss the love of her life. Suddenly everyone turned to their spouses, Shane to Jenny and Dylan to Helena.
“Yuck people, that’s disgusting!” Alice yelled, masking the punch she felt in her stomach, having a flashback on this morning, when she thought about “her” former brunette. She had never been given the chance to feel her skin nor waking up to her n one bed, though that deep down inside her it was the only wish she had.
Shaking her head, freeing herself from the memories, she tried a new topic.
“Hey you guys are all coming in three weeks to Michael’s Olympic party, right?”
“Al, you haven’t even gotten into the pants of Mr. Phelps yet and already bringing you friends along to meet him?” Helena questioned.
“Potty mouth for a British billionaire this morning,” Alice remarked.
“I think it’s great, that way I can make my documentary more authentic,” Dylan thought out loud.
“Yeah, it does sound like fun” Bette and Tina said in unison.
“Great, so I’ll arrange for a limo, and we are going to be celebrities for that night” the journalist jumped excitedly up and down in her chair.
Shortly after that, everybody parted to go after their respective work. Except for Shane, who was left behind, and seeing Alice so happy, prayed a certain tennis player would not show up in three weeks, neither at the party nor the Olympic Games, but better never again.

Thanks for the post! Better never showing up again? Oh no no please don’t let that happen :-p
Great to see an update from you, stronger!! And this was a good one. I am glad Dana has Harrison and that her career is at least on track. Alice is good at hiding her feelings, but, they run as deeply as Dana’s. You are doing an excellent job with all the dialog – very realistic. Can’t wait to see how you get them back together. Thanks so much!!
nice to have some danish back.but who did you meet in calefornia?:D
there is just never enough Danish…
