Tina walks into the kitchen and sees David has NOT moved from his spot.

Tina: Bette Becky is on her way Mary is outside waiting for her you ready to go?

Bette: Yes I believe I have explained things quite clearly to David here. I think he understands. Don’t you David?

David: Yes I get it.

Bette: Bye David You have A nice evening.

The three women wait outside for Becky to arrive

CHAPTER TWENTYONE

David Is watching out the window as Becky pulls her car in the driveway and Mary packs the trunk with all the suitcases. He can’t believe this is actually happening. He Knows that it cannot be Marys Idea she MUST be listening to her Mothers bad advice. Mary would not do this she would NOT want to end the marriage this way, David thinks he needs to talk to Mary alone without any other person around to influence her thoughts. David continues watching as the women get into the car and he gets a glimse of his children. David is saying to himself they may have won round one? But this is far from over.

The car pulls up at Beckys place and they unload the things from the trunk. Everyone is sitting in the living room talking about what to do for diner.

Mary: I kind of told Jessicca I would call her to meet her for diner.

TIna: What are you waiting for? Call her already.

Mary: I will. Becky you want to go to diner with me?

Becky: Aren’t you going to diner with Jessicca?

Mary: Well yes but it’s only as friends it’s not like it is a date or anything like that.

Tina: Becky go ahead and have diner with Mary and Jessicca Bette and I will watch the kids.

Bette : I think we should order pizza.

Becky: Well okay I will go with you.

Mary: Okay I will go and call Jessicca then.

Mary leaves the livingroom and goes to the kitchen to make her call.

Jessicca: Hello?

Mary: Hi it’s Mary here.

Jessicca: Hi Mary so glad you called. How did everything go?

Mary: Good everything is good. umm.. I was just wondering if you wanted to go out to diner with Becky and me?
