Tina: Jessicca how about you come over for dinner tonight.

Jessicca: I don’t want to impose.

Tina: You are not imposing. I really would like to thank you. Least I can do is invite you to dinner.

Jessicca: Well in that case I accept what time?

Tina: Be there for 5:30 see you later. Mary ready to go to the hospital?

Mary: Yes Mom let’s go. Bye Jessicca.

Jessicca: Yes bye see you later Mary.

CHAPTER TWENTYNINE

Tina drives her daughter to the hospital to get examined. They sit there talking as they are waiting for a doctor to be available.

Tina: Are you in a lot of pain?

Mary: No not much just some bruises here and there.

TIna: It’s a good thing David is clumsy I hate to see what would of happened if he had not tripped.

Mary: Mom he didn’t trip. David was actually telling the truth for once.

Tina: Get out! Are you serious?

Mary: Yes Mom honestly.

Tina: You mean Jessicca actually kicked his good for nothing ass?

Mary: Oh! Mom you should of seen her. She was amazing. I could not believe how fast she was. David was down on the ground before he knew what hit him.

Tina: So he didn’t trip on the carpet I gather?

Mary: No not at all It was all Jessiccas doing she is like my hero. I know it sounds corny but wow! I am still shocked by what I witnessed.

Tina: But you are going to let the police believe David tripped?

Mary: Why not I don’t want Jessicca to get in any trouble she did nothing wrong.

Tina: True I really am glad she was there for you. It sounds to me like you are becoming really fond of her.

Mary: I have liked her from the moment I first saw her. I enjoy her company she is so kind. When I am with her I feel so comfortable yet nervous as hell. I know it doesn’t make any sense.

Tina: (smiling) It DOES make sense to me. I know exactly how you feel.

After being examined by a doctor and going to the police station to file charges Tina and Mary entered Beckys house.

Becky: Hey! Where have you two been? I tought you were only going to get a few things at your house? (noticing Marys ripped shirt) O my gosh! What happened to you are you okay?
