“Kelly this is a shambles” Bette folded her arms “Jess is running about like an idiot, the people we are paying to do stuff are no-where to be seen, is this normal?”

“It’s setbacks Bette it’s a new tour and the first day”

“Uh huh” Bette sighed walking away and taking out her phone “Hi baby…your obviously busy doing the ironing or some other form of cleaning, I miss you and wanted to hear your voice”

Bette took off towards the buses; she reached Jaded’s opening the door.

“Where is she?” Bette asked

“In her room” Jace smiled

Bette opened Jess’s room door going in and closing it behind her. She lay on the bed next to Jess.

“You bored already Mama?” Jess said with her head still in the pillow

“No no not at all, a little frustrated with the lack of organisation.”

“That always happens first day, no-one knows where they’re supposed to be” Jess opened her eyes cuddling into Bette “It will all iron out by tonight, Kelly will have an absolute tantrum, lose the head at everyone, threaten to fire the crew and then it will be plain sailing.”

Bette laughed “Okay then”

They were interrupted with Bette’s phone going off. She smiled seeing it was Tina face timing.

“Hey babe I’m just with Jess” Bette smiled

“How are my girls?” Tina asked

“Tired” Jess yawned

“Were good, how are you? What you been up to today?”

“Well we went shopping for baby stuff, Lisa was a nightmare over a car seat and Carmen I’ve hardly seen today, she’s been with Andrew and Lucas…How’s my son?”

“He’s in the venue with the summer set loving the attention and thinking he’s important” Bette laughed

“I’m glad everything is okay you’re all ready to start your day and were all off to bed” Tina laughed

“I’ll call you tomorrow babe, I love you”

“Love you too beautiful, give Jess and Mason a kiss from me” Tina smiled

“Love you Mum, I’ll call you tomorrow” Jess said

Opening night…

“Oh my god I actually feel sick, I don’t get nervous what is going on” Jess said taking a drink of water

“Well you better calm your pants because were on stage in 5 minutes” Mark rambled also feeling the pressure “The summer set just smashed it and they were un organised so if we fall flat on our arse it’s your fault for being organised!”
