    Bette and Tina make new memories

    Previously

    Tina stretched her legs out and put them in Bette lap. Bette gladly accepted Tina’s feet and began to rub them gently.

    "so where do we go from here T?"

    "Well I think we need to just live our life. I am happy and I hope you are too. We also know that the memory thing is temporary- so hopefully we won’t have to deal with this much longer."

    "Yes hopefully not- although I have really loved reliving our relationship- it’s making me realize all over again how lucky we are to have found each other and how amazing our story is."

    "it is pretty amazing- I keep waiting for  you to tell me you are kidding. That this is not really our story at all, but  I love hearing all the stories of us."

    "Well then we’ll just live our lives and I’ll continue to tell you stories of us. How does that sound?"

    "Perfect."

    "Ok let me think of a good one…"

    Chapter 29

    Bette sat on the couch with Tina’s leg on her lap and felt truly at peace for the first time since the accident. They laughed as Bette told Tina stories of their life. There had been so many good times.

    "It feels so good to laugh again with you." Bette said as she massaged Tina’s feet

    "It does feel amazing. We have had a pretty awesome life."

    "So are you ready to head back to reality tomorrow?"

    "I think I am. I’m excited to get back to Angie."

    "You have really been so great with her. You would never know that you just met her a few weeks ago."

    "It’s so easy to be a mother to her. The love I have for her comes naturally. Kind of like the way I feel about you."

    Their eyes met and Bette could actually feel herself blushing. She gently and softly ran her hand up Tina’s leg. Tina looked down as Bette’s hand and smiled shyly.

    "You know it’s getting pretty late…I should probably put you in bed." Bette said seductively

    "Yes I think that would be a good idea." Tina flirted back

    Bette gently removed Tina feet from her lap and stood up she took Tina’s hand and helped her off the couch. The two headed off hand in hand to the bedroom. Bette laid down first and Tina quickly followed.
