Chapter 35

Tina arrived at the studio and was able to find her way to her office. Her assistant wasn’t there because she didn’t have much to do with Tina being out. Tina looked around her office and tried to figure out what she should be doing. She called her boss to see if he was in. He was and she walked over to his office to meet with him.

“Tina- how are you feeling?”

“I’m actually doing really well. My body is 100% healed, it’s just my brain that still needs some time. Thank you for being so patient with me. I would love to start coming in to work, but I’m just not sure what to do.”

“Well Tina we love you here, and we are going to give you all the time you need to recover. I appreciate you wanting to work! Maybe you could read a few scripts. That would help out a lot.”

“I can do that. This might be a dumb question, but I’m reading scripts to decide if we should produce the movies?”

“That is correct. I’ll have my assistant send you a couple of scripts to your home. why don’t we set a meeting once a week to go over your progress and then we’ll go from there.”

“Thank you so much!!”

“We are just doing some re shoots for your latest project on lot B. Do you want to go take a look?”

“Yes I would really like that.”

“Ok let me show you the way.”

They headed towards the set and Tina all the sudden got a flashback to a movie she made. It was a quick flash, but she knew that being there would help her regain her memory.

“Tina you know Sam right?”

“Yes- hey Sam how have you been?”

Sam was a little taken aback seeing Tina there, but quickly recovered.

“I’m just fine- how are you feeling? Getting any memory back yet?”

“I’m feeling really great. Some memories are back, but not everything. Thanks for asking.”

Although it was a little awkward to chat with Sam, Tina was trying to be friendly and professional. She didn’t know if she should say something or not.
