Tina is now giggling at her sisters blushing face. and sudden change in her actions, picking up her bags.
I’m going to put my things away come on and I’ll look for those turtle necks.
They find them and Tina puts one on for dinner with their folks. Their Mom tells them there choirs for the next day. They clean up and Tina excuse herself for a shower and bed. Carrie spends a little more time down stairs.
After her shower she had put on Bette’s T-shirt. and was hugging a pillow then her phone buzz with a text, “I’m home, Kids ok.”
She smiles and text back. .. Good to here but I want to hear your voice.
Bette swallows hard, that was the whole reason behind texting cause she had cried after arriving back to a lonely house. This was the first time she had been left a lone in her own house, and it was not a good feeling. Knowing she will not be able to sleep there, It was if she was a straighter in her own home with out Tina in it with her. She went to bathroom and washed her face then typed “call me”
Tina dials her number.

Carrie made it and we had dinner and cleaned up but I am in bed now.

Yes but can’t sleep. While they are talking Carrie goes and gets her shower and goes to bed herself.
Do you need a bed time story? Bette asks giggling as she goes into their bed room. she unpacks….. And why are you in bed already?.. Tired?
Tina smile yes, I didn’t sleep much last night or earlier today.
Not true we took a nap.
But it didn’t equal the energy we burned.
Oh ..smiling. ..By the way case I didn’t tell you I had a great time.
