    Tina and Bette chat in the morning and then head to The Planet

    YOU’RE MY HOME

    Chapter Six

     

    Bette couldn’t sleep – it wasn’t because she wasn’t tired. She was plus they had made love for a couple of hours and that always made her sleepy. There was too much going on in her head. She had lain in bed just looking at Tina sleeping – the blonde looked so serene. Her blonde hair was held back by a pony-tail and she was lying on her back with one arm resting against Bette’s stomach. Bette was so pleased to be given this chance to resurrect her relationship with Tina and she knew that it was what Tina wanted as well. Plus Angie seemed so thrilled to be with both her mommies – Bette had loved spending a whole day with her. Maybe Bette could cram her work into four days so she could spend one day with her daughter – that was possible. Plus Bette had more holidays than Tina so she could take more responsibility from her lover. Lover – that made Bette smile.

     

     

    Tasting and touching and exploring Tina had been so good. They had such a long and loving history that making love again had been so great because it was all so familiar. While it had been familiar it hadn’t been boring – Tina was a great lover – passionate and gentle at the same time. Bette knew that she was never going to reach the sexual heights with any woman like she was with Tina. They were so compatible and they knew that. Bette touched Tina’s face and kissed her softly on the lips

     

    “Please tell me this isn’t a dream and its you Bette “

    “Sorry – it was a dream – I’m Brenda “

     

     

    Tina laughed and opened her eyes

     

     

    “You look like Bette to me “

     

     

    “You are hallucinating – what would we be doing sleeping together ?”

     

    Tina rolled across to Bette and snuggled up to her. They kissed gently

     

    “We are sleeping together because we belong – repeat that after me “

     

    “We belong “

     

    “We do – glad you got that – why are you awake – its 4:28 ?”

     

    “Got a lot on my mind “

    3. A bit disingenuous of Bette to berate Alice for not knowing that Bette could never move on from Tina if it took her 2 seasons to figure it out for herself, don’t you think? And I hardly think Tasha’s failure to appreciate Jodi’s 3D crap as ‘art’ makes her not as smart as anybody. And she sure got it right about Jodi not treating Bette well. It takes both brains and courage to recognize that the Emperor has no clothes.

    7. Another great update Ally. Wow, how did Angie notice that her Mommies slept together…Tina was in the shower and Bette was in the kitchen the next morning and didn’t Angie go to bed before them? That’s one intuitive kid!

    10. Hey Ally E, Awesome. Good to see Bette and Tina finally talking things through. Loved the whole “Tina please move in with me” speech from Bette. Even better was Tina’s response. Defffo on the new bed. I do agree that Bette’s time lines where a little on the short side. Wonderful to want the family back together but it does need to at Tina and Angelica’s pace. I think the gals should date more before taking this big step. Slowly proving to each other how much they have each changed and moved forward. Angelica was totally adorable when she saw here two mommies together in the morning. Then the gang. Perfection in black and whire. Shane and Tasha were right on the money as Alice put her foot in her moeny as always. Good to have her challenge these gals and make them honest about their relationship. Just awesome.     13. I love it! Tina is being practical about the moving in and I think that will be best for them, however I am not sure it will last long. :) I love Bette’s statement on how Tina is her everything. I can’t wait to read more!
