Laurel Holloman has a new web site showcasing and selling her artwork at http://www.laurelhollomanstudio.net/
“Expanding from my acting background, I found that my art resides in an emotional state. My purpose is to explore the release of emotions through abstract paintings. My process originates a spark, a feeling, and from this the painting originates in this organic raw moment.”
Laurel graduate from University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, with a BA in Performance Studies/Art. She has also studied painting and sculpting at UCLA and The San Francisco Art Institute.
Laurel is very active in charities including Doctors Without Border, BARK, and The Maasei Wilderness Conservation Trust, and Sewing Hope. She often donates paintings for fundraisers to charities.
You can browse Laurel’s artwork at http://www.laurelhollomanstudio.net/
PS. The website has been recently revamped and you can now place orders for prints and digital canvases on the Purchase page. Prints are the reproductions of Laurel’s paintings; Digital Canvas (Giclée) is a fine art reproduction printed on a canvas that was made from an image of the original Laurel’s painting.

Wow! Laurel’s talent truly is deep and varied! Her paintings are gorgeous and portray such depth of color and sophisticated layering, every one of them first captures you emotionally, then doesn’t let you go until you have discovered all the little nuances!
And how nice of her to offer her paintings as a poster for so many of us who want to enjoy the beauty of her work, but can’t afford an original painting!
Thanks Laurel!!!
