    Go baby go go, we’re right behind you!

    They were about to leave the house, Ashley with eyes that were frantic, and hands that were not quite steady, when Arthur appeared at the front door.

    “I thought it would be easier if I just came over” he smiled, “That way Elly doesn’t have to get out of bed.”

    The little girl was looking sleepy in Ashley’s arms, and Mr. Ruffles didn’t exactly look too happy about being woken up either. The brunette holding them grinned.

    “A little late, but nothing that can’t be rectified immediately.” She and Arthur both turned and started when Spencer gave a little gasp and put a hand on her abdomen. The blonde saw their moves and shooed them away.

    “It’s nothing… put Elly back to bed.” Ashley complied, while Arthur tried to help his daughter to a chair. She refused. “I feel better standing up, no really Dad. It’s fine.”

    Ashley popped Elly back into bed and came out, shifting from one foot to the other and looking panicked as all hell.

    “Uh… uh we should go!” The brunette said hurriedly. Spencer smiled weakly.

    “Yeah, we probably should” she replied.

    “Call me when things get moving” Arthur grinned. He gave his only daughter a huge hug and a kiss. “Your mom said she’d meet you there later ok.”

    “Thanks dad” Spencer said, and let Ashley help her out to the car. The brunette moved towards her own convertible, but Spencer stopped her. “We’d better take my car.”

    “Huh? Why?” Ashley looked confused.

    “My waters haven’t broken yet, but I can’t promise you they won’t sometime soon… trust me when I say you don’t want that all over your car seat. I don’t think even detailing will get that out.”

    Ashley’s eyes bugged out at the thought. Not that she cared about her car seats, but the idea of Spencer’s waters breaking was something she hadn’t considered.

    “Oh my god… what if that happens? Will we get there on time??” The brunette moved Spencer towards the SUV with more speed. Spencer couldn’t help but giggle.

    “Ashley, don’t worry so much. I think we have a few hours before any baby is coming out of here… lets just drive to the hospital at a nice, safe, even pace ok.”

    1. awe, super sweet and fantastic. and lacking of germy things. i loved it. i love ash being there and being all eeekkkk it was awesome. i like how you said too that second babies are normally faster, reminded me of me and my brother. i, the older, was on this planted with in an hour of labour, he, the younger, with in 15 hours or so.yeah for the babe’!!!!!

    3. O my Lord! The baby, the baby, the baby! It’s a boy, it’s a boy, it’s a boy! O God! :) Childbirth is a true miracle, I tell you, a true miracle. I was amazed, seriously. Wow. It’s a freaking BOY! wow, be careful Spence, they pee on ya if u ain’t careful. This was stupendous Clom. Keep ’em coming. I liked that Paula wasn’t there to interfere and I know it probably isn’t great that I think this…but I also like that Gray wasn’t there. The only part he was invovled with was providing the sperm! Jesus, Ashley is technically “the father” she was there through out the WHOLE thing. Lordie Lordie Lordie! Gray is a butt wipe and so is Paula, Arthur was great for staying with Elly. YAY! PMS ASAP…xoxo LOVE x10.

    4. in all of the updates from the discovery of the pregnancy on spencer has never talked about a name. is that because she gets to decide by herself, so there’s no need to do the whole “what do you think about clarence if it’s a boy?” thing? so i’m waiting to see if ash cuts the cord and what the baby’s name will be. (gray junior better not even be on the table.)

    6. YEAH!!!! I AM SO GLAD THAT SPENCER HAD A BABY BOY!!!!! YEAH, LOL!!!! anyways, I LOVE the update and I can’t wait to see what will happen next for our girls. PMS and I hope that Gary will be there soon, even though he missed the birth of his son. Alright, I think that is it, WAIT!!!!………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………..NO, that was all, LMAO!!!!

    8. that was precious! i was there for the births of two of my sister’s children, it was incredible! an experience i will never forget. glad it’s a boy, although he’d best not take after pops…

I could count the ways but it’d take too long. Instead I’ll have you know that Jesus has created something amazing: Cyborg Goat Repellent. It comes into an easy to use aerosal can that is sure to expand the hole in the ozone right above your lovely home of Oz. AND it’s likely to cause three-headed babies if your huff it. So, its a good thing Spencer gave birth before she got her hands on it. You know what a huffer that Spence is. Oh, and let’s all have a moment of silence for Chuck Norris. He met his untimely demise a few days ago at the hands of Peglegmeg.

I think this experience will make Ash and Spence closer than ever. I’m still worried about Ashley though. What the hell is Gray thinking?!
