ATTENTION ALL YOU SEAHURST FAN FIC FANS!!!

Not only have I spotted the elusive traveling, rambling land rover, but I have also had dinner, and a real life conversation with one of my favorite authors! And I have very good news for all of you who are as addicted to her stories as I am, she is everything that you believe her to be . . . she is honest, sincere and throws as much mush around in a one on one chat as she does in her romantic tale of Bette and Tina in
“IF IT IS MEANT TO BE”. Oh yea, shes funny too!!! THANK GAWD – I liked that about her.

While on her way to southwest Florida to visit friends, I managed to convince Sea and her one-way traveling companion, to stop in my town, which is along the way to her destination. I took them out to dinner and picked Seas brain about everything BnT, and I have the very latest update on her story – -SHE WILL BE POSTING A CHAPTER WITHIN THE WEEK (THANK YOU SWEET BABY JESUS…) !!

She has managed to write as she is crossing the country on her journey of self-discovery, and from the hints and “spoilers” she dished on her continuing BnT saga, you fans will definitely NOT BE DISAPPOINTED !

As we chatted, she told of tales from the road and of interesting people they had met along the way – which I am sure she will retell in messages to you all soon. She also told me of the little and unexpected setbacks they had encountered as well – some trouble with her car-tow, a flat tire in Louisiana, her friend taking ill in Alabama, the engine dying just outside of her final destination, and how she would somehow feel safer and maybe enjoy the trip even more if she were traveling with a companion on her return trip in the spring. You see her friend was only a one-way rider, hopping off in south Florida after flying out to help her out on the first leg of the trip.

As the oh so short dinner ended and I waved them on their way from the parking lot of the IHOP (the Belgian waffle was outstanding by the way), the light bulb of recognition lit and gave me an idea to help her on the return journey . . .

OK ALL YOU FANS – – IF ANY OF SEAHURST’S PEOPLE WANT TO TAKE A FEW DAYS OF VACATION IN LATE APRIL AND WANT TO SEE THE COUNTRY IN A 28′ FLEETWOOD JAMBOREE RV, I AM CERTAIN THAT THIS ICON OF THE FAN FIC SITE WOULD DEFINITELY ENJOY AND APPRECIATE THE COMPANY!

So drop MICHELLE (HA! I KNOW HER NAME!) an e-mail and wish her well – I know she would absolutely love hearing from you all – missing writing her story as well as connecting with her readers is something she mentioned a number of times during our conversation. (In fact, if anyone out there as seen or heard from that SKIPTON woman PA-LEEZE let Sea know. Besides her road troubles, my fave loved to talk about Skip, her story and her spot on dialogue). Let her know if you can go along for the ride as she heads back to Arizona from Florida in a few months. And tell her the BEACHNUT will be forever grateful for the few minutes she got to spend with one of her most favorite, addicting, and award-winning writers.
