Carmen’s POV

"Shane, where are you going? It’s late and you know Shay has a game in the morning. He wants us to be there."

"I know, I’ll be there alright? I’m just going out to the Planet a bit. I’ll be back in an hour or two."

I heard the baby crying. It was Allegra, our 3 months old daughter.  Shane continued to get dressed. Finally she looked at me.

"Will you please look after the baby. She will wake up Shay. I have to go now."

"I can’t believe you!"

"What? I told you that I have to leave now, Alice and Tasha are waiting for me."

"Fine! If you prefer going out instead of taking care of your own daughter, okay then go."

"Thank you."

Then she left. I just shook my head and nursed Allegra to calm her down. While I held her I fell asleep. When I woke up I looked at the watch. It was 3 a.m. I put Allegra back in her bed and went back to my bedroom. I expected Shane to be in bed but she was still not back. She told me that she would be back in an hour and that was three hours ago. I immediately changed and drove to the Planet.

Arriving at the Planet I saw Shane’s car. I was looking for Dana’s or Tasha’s but couldn’t find it. Inside I looked for her but still I couldn’t find her. Finally I found Kit who waved at me.

"Hey, Kit."

"Hey baby girl. Is everything okay? You look worried."

"Yeah, I’m okay. I was just looking for Shane. She was supposed to be here with Alice and Tasha. Do you know where I can find her?"

"I thought she already left. Alice and Tasha left an hour ago and I thought that Shane was leaving with them. I didn’t see her since they left."

"Okay, she must still be here. I saw her car outside."

I began to look for her. The music was so loud and the people were drunk. I couldn’t see her on the dance floor, nor at the bar which really worried me. I even looked at the toilet. She was nowhere to be found. Finally I thougt of Kit’s office. When I opened the door I couldn’t believe what I saw.
