Arthur, Spencer, and Glen were having breakfast in the kitchen. “So how did your date with Ashley go last night?” Arthur questioned with curiosity. Are you going on another date with her soon?

“Really well, Dad,” responded Spencer. Thanks for asking. I don’t know when our next date is, but I hope it will be really soon.

“I’m glad,” Arthur stated. You two have been best friends for a long time and she’s always been there for you. I have an idea, Spence, why don’t you invite her over to dinner tonight?

“Don’t scare her, Dad,” responded Spencer.

“I don’t think she’ll get scared away that easily,” Glen pointed out.

“The thing is I don’t want her to leave, ever,” admitted Spencer. Alright, I’ll see if she can come, it is a little last minute though.

“I just want to make sure Ashley knows the rules about dating my daughter, that is all,” Arthur explained.

“Okay,” said Spencer. I have to head to school.

“Do you need a ride or are you getting a ride today?” Glen offered.

“No, my new girlfriend is giving me a ride,” responded Spencer with a smile. I’ll see you in school. Spencer left her house and saw Ashley waiting outside of her Porsche. She went towards Ashley.

“Hey beautiful,” Ashley said with a smile. Ashley wrapped her arms around Spencer’s waist.

“Hi,” said Spencer. How long have you been waiting out here?

“Awhile,” Ashley replied. I didn’t mind waiting out here.

“If I knew that you were waiting out here for awhile I would’ve invited you to have breakfast with us,” stated Spencer.

“I didn’t want to interrupt your quality family time at the breakfast table,” responded Ashley.

“But you are my family, Ash,” Spencer pointed out. A smile formed on Ashley’s lips. I would say we are practically sisters, but since we’re dating that would be considered incest. Ashley chuckled.

“Please, don’t ever say that we’re sisters,” laughed Ashley.

“I have something I need to tell you,” Spencer began. It’s kind important.

“Is that so, baby?” asked Ashley. I have something that I need to tell you, too. Ashley cupped Spencer’s cheek and kissed Spencer sweetly on her lips. Spencer smiled and intensified the kiss. Ashley stopped the kiss. She opened the passenger door for Spencer.
