Haunting in Ohio – (Chapter: Creepy Little Library Meetings)

It felt like it had been a few minutes since my head hit the pillow before my alarm clock was blaring to life, signaling it was time for me to wake up. Once I did I took a shower, got dressed and was off to get some breakfast. Glen was already eating as I strolled into the kitchen, grabbed a bowl out of the cabinet and took a seat at the table. I poured me a bowl of lucky charms and as I was about to pour some milk in my cereal and get my breakfast on, only a drop of milk fell from the carton. I slammed it down of the table and Glen looked up at me from his bowl smiling.

    Spencer: Ass

I said and he laughed. I was mentally bludgeoning him with that empty milk carton right now.

Spencer: You better be lucky there’s more.

I said getting out of my seat and retrieving the fresh carton of milk. Once I had my milk in my cereal I was satisfied and begin to eat. My Mom had already left for work and I smiled at the thought that I was the one that got to drive to school this morning. Oh yea. I thought as I ate. Everyone would see my fly ass ride…ok that was horrible but still. Once I was done with my breakfast I washed my bowl and then headed upstairs to grab my bag. I then went back down stairs and was ready to go. I had to get to school a little earlier than usual seeing as I had to do my psychology homework because I forgot my book yesterday. I ventured to the wooden key rack to get the keys to the mustang and they were gone. I turned around and there Glen was dangling them in front of me.

    Glen: Looking for these?

He asked and I gritted my teeth.

Spencer: Give me the keys Glen. You know mom said I get the car for a week and that of course includes driving to school.

I said matter-of-factly. He shook his head.

Glen: I don’t remember her saying that.

I looked at him like he was stupid. I was starting believe my mom really had dropped him as a baby.
