    Lot’s of twists and turns

    Ashley: “Glen.” He’s not even listening to me.

    Glen: “Should I go, I mean, don’t you think they deserve some pain? And Elizabeth is napping so it would be the perfect time, what’dya think?”

    Ashley: “Glen.”

    Glen: “What do you think, Ash, should I go?” I look into blue eyes, so unlike the ones I fell in love with but I feel so many different things. I’m just so tired. I feel too tired to explain to him that he could lose his job as coach if he did hurt them. I want to tell him that I’m tired of trying to restrain myself from doing exactly what he’s suggesting. I want to do something to extinguish the pain and begging from his eyes. The eyes so unlike his sisters…yet…similar.

    And then it hits me. This is that moment that I always wanted to feel but never thought I would ever get the chance to feel. I can see into the future. I can see it and I smile cause I want it to happen so badly that I can’t stop myself from closing the distance between us and wrapping my arms around him tightly.

    I see a future where I sit across the table from Glen Carlin at Christmas and we share a secret smirk because only the two of us know something no one else does. And Spencer will catch my eye as she strokes my leg lovingly and give me a questioning look because she doesn’t understand why her brother and I are in cahoots. But I’ll just smile at her reassuringly and she’ll shrug her shoulders and not notice that Glen and I are still smirking over our apple pie because one time he beat some guys up because they hurt his sister and my world.

    And every year on his birthday I make sure I buy him an extra present that I personally picked out and Spencer will just comment on the fact that she’s glad that her brother and her wife get along so well.

    I squeeze him a little tighter because it feels good to know that he’s asking me what I think and he wants my opinion cause he thinks it matters. Cause unlike everyone else in my life, I never had to really prove anything to Glen. At face value he has just accepted that I’m a good person. And he holds me a little tighter and tells me over and over not to cry. Which only makes me cry harder cause that’s how it works.

    3. FUCK FUCK FUCKITY FUCK!!!! I knew there was a reason I stayed up to this ungodly hour! Yes, it’s to yell at you Stix. Cliffhanger? I’m hanging on with my fingernails and raidly losing my grip. What the hell do you think you’re playing at? ….Other then that it was bloody brilliant. Gushing Spencer was cute, grandmother hitting on gage very funny but slightly disturbing, car seat trauma…..who the fuck invents those things anyway and Ashley, you’d better not hurt Ashley or we’re falling out….be warned missy!!

I said that your last chapter was deliciously evil but your cliffhanger here is just plain evil! Evil! Why must you leave it there? I’m scared, I felt like I was reading KHK all of a sudden (update for that soon-ish?). I’m not going to be able to stop thinking about it so please come back quickly and fix it. What if they get into a one on one brawl and Spencer sees and its like the whole Ashley/Carmen fight thing. Hmm? C’mon, you owe us. I mean, you haaaaad to leave it there. Damn the suspense!!

    22. What the hell is he doing in there?! I’m sure somebody else that they ruined that day, told him. Ashley knows how to take care of herself, so she should be alright. He would be stupid to attack her, with what they have just done to a good number of people in the town. I hope Ashley just goes off and beats him damn near to death. What I am thinking is that Spencer will feel bad about how she was treating Ash in the car and comes back to see if she’s ok, or somebody comes back to see if she’s okay. Or maybe 1 of there contacts in town, spotted Kevin at the hotel and shot a text or call to Gage. I love this story. Please update again soon.
