Spencer’s POV

Wow, I haven’t seen Ashley in almost 3 months. My stomach started showing like a week after I last saw her. I am now in my sixth month and Gage proposed to me. I can’t wait to see Ash… oh yeah I told Gage I wasn’t sure, having a baby is one major issue and getting married is something else. Not to mention I can’t forget what he did, he didn’t even want this baby. I just want to see ashley; she told me how Lindsey acted when she went back. I feel so bad that they had problems because of me. That’s mostly why I didn’t press her to come home during the holidays; I just want to talk to her more. I feel like we lost our friendship spark we always had. We could talk for hours about anything and nothing, sitting or laying on the cliffs of the canyon that was near where we grew up. I had become dependent on her, whenever I needed anything. Be it a ride, someone to talk to or a place to crash. Ash was always there, always the responsible one, taking care of me while I got drunk off my ass. I always managed to end up in her soft bed, with reliable Mr. Bucket on the floor and two Tylenols with a glass of cool water. Ashley always knew what to say when I was down, one look into her eyes and I knew I was safe, that everything would be okay. She was always there for me… Maybe that’s why I feel like a part of me is missing. It’s Ashley that is the missing piece.

I can’t believe I am due in May. I found out I am having a little girl; Gage was sort of upset because he wanted a boy so much. When he proposed to me I wanted to say yes for our baby girl, but I couldn’t help but refuse.

Ashley’s POV

Ugh… again with the bitching. All she does is run away or get angry with me when things aren’t going her way.

“Where were you last night?!” Lindsey yelled.

“Baby, I told you I was with Tamara. We have a Philosophy exam and an essay to do in Political Science.” I tried reasoning with her.
