“I mean…are you…do you think…are you still in love with me?” Ashley finally blurted out, regretting it almost immediately.
“Am I what?”
“Spencer?”
“Sorry, Ash, you’re breaking up. Whatever it is, we’ll talk about it tonight, ok?”
“Wait…no…Spencer…”
“I can’t hear you! Tonight, ok? Bye.”
And with that she was gone, leaving Ashley to answer her own question. Was she still in love with Spencer Carlin? It had been so long, so many years. They had remained best friends, talked almost every night despite their jealous girlfriends. Ashley was highly aware that there was a time when she was still in love with Spencer and seeing her with Lindsay nearly killed her. But soon she learned to love Erin again and the feelings she had for Spencer were buried underneath her new ones.
“I’m in love with Erin,” Ashley said aloud, convincing herself silently that she wasn’t saying it aloud just to make it feel more true. She really meant it, she did in fact love Erin. But did she love Erin the way she loved Spencer?

“Who was that?” Lindsay asked as she suddenly opened the door to the room she shared with her girlfriend.
“Who was who?” Spencer asked with a smile.
“Who was that on the phone?”
“On the phone? Was I talking on the phone? I don’t remember, really.”
Lindsay stared at Spencer before responding, “Ashley, huh? I should’ve guessed.”
“She’s going to be late tonight.”
“That’s a big surprise.”
“She’s probably stuck in traffic or something.”
“Whatever, I think I’m going to run to the store. You want something?”
“Can we at least talk about this?”
“About what?”
“I mean, you practically broke up with me last night.”
“Yeah.”
“Uh, yeah…so…” Spencer stammered.
“Listen, I did a lot of thinking last night. And I’ve decided that maybe I did overreact a little bit. I was just really upset about my final and my scholarship and all that. But I talked to my professor this morning and she said since I have an ‘A’ in the class she’ll let me take the final tomorrow in her office.”
“Really? That’s great!” Spencer said, throwing her arms around Lindsay.
“Yes, it is,” Lindsay replied, hesitantly returning the hug.

OH MY GOD!!!! I can’t believe that Lindsey finally broke up with Spencer. Oh man, I can’t wait to see what you are going to write next because now Ashley is in love with Erin and not Spencer, or manybe she is in love with Spencer, hmmmm……….
FINALY NO MORE LINDSEY. NOW ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS GET RID OF ERIN. LOL GREAT CHAPTER KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK.

(i never liked her ;)) well now that she is out of the picture, i think Ashley needs to come to turn with her undying love for Spencer and ditch erin. what do you say??? oh well a girl can dream…i know you are going to make this difficult on us all…Well just post more SOON!!
It’s about happiness for Spencer and Ashley, and clearly they make eachother happy, but whether that’s enough is another thing that I’m sure we’ll find out soon. Great writing as usual!
LINDSAY!! WHAT A BITCH!! Omg, she doesn’t know how good she had it with Spence…but oh well, a part of me is thrilled that they’re over and Spencer can finally focus all her attention on Ashley…::wiggles eyebrows::…hehe.
