    Spencer attempts to deal with Lindsay; Ashley competes. Oh, and there’s talk of pancakes.

     

     

    Tonight was the night-the school talent show. Ashley was a mess. She had sung in front of people before, but for some reason, this felt different. She was about to make herself completely vulnerable to people she had to see everyday, not just a handful of drunk locals or the ever-complimentary Spencer Carlin. The whole thing made her nervous, but not as nervous as she was when she spotted her friends. Aiden was walking between both Spencer and Lindsay, holding their hands and smiling a smile that revealed his joy at being sandwiched between two hot girls.

    Once Spencer felt Ashley’s stare, she found her head sticking out from behind the curtain. Spencer could tell even from twenty feet away that the brunette was nervous and she broke free of Aiden’s grab almost instantly, quickly making her way to the stage.

    “Are you nervous?” she asked, straining her head to maintain eye contact.

    “Oh no. I’m completely cool. What is there to worry about besides the fact that there’s a possibility I’ll get booed or have random produce thrown at my face or have to leave school because the embarrassment is simply too much for me to handle?”

    Spencer laughed, but was well aware of the fact that she had to make sure her girlfriend was completely confident before she got on that stage. There was nothing more detrimental than an intimidated Ashley Davies.

    “Ash, you’re going to do so great! I know you are. You’re an awesome singer and just remember, no matter what happens, you’re getting laid tonight,” the blonde said with a grin.

    “Wow, Spence, I don’t know who you are or where that came from, but I like it.”

    “Good.”

    Ashley smiled before hearing her name being yelled from backstage.

    “They want me,” she said sadly.

    “I don’t blame them. Go on…get back there.”

    Ashley leaned over to squeeze Spencer’s hand and then she was gone.

    Spencer, smiling, walked back to where Aiden and Lindsay had saved her a seat. Lindsay sat in the middle, awkwardly placed between the girl she truly wanted and the guy that truly wanted her. Even something as simple as seeing Spencer comfort the nervous Ashley made Lindsay yearn for the blonde’s affection. Knowing that Spencer returned her feelings made everything that much worse.

I am so glad she came in when she did and saw what she saw.It’s time for the smackdown, bitches. Oooh, god, I cannot wait to see what is gonna happen. She’s gonna chew Spencer out, then start the physical violence on Lindsay, which she deserves. Aaaaaaahhhhhh….update..update.
