    As soon as the judge leaves I pounce on the D.A. and ask quickly, “What in the hell was that ass talking about having someone saying we were basically making this whole thing up?”

    “Spencer, will you hurry up? We’re going to be late.” Ashley calls to me

    As always I was taking my sweet time picking something out to wear. You’d think getting dressed wouldn’t be that hard for me. UGH!!! We’re going to court today. So I guess something professional and conservative will have to do. Grey skirt business suit and my blue satin shirt. That should work. I quickly get dressed, put on light make up and run into the living room bare foot with my heels in my hand.

    When I get there I see Ashley nervously pacing. This trial thing is making her into a complete wreck. As I put on my heels I can’t help but give her a quick once over. She also wearing a suit except hers is a pant suit. It’s a one button jacket and the whole thing looks tailored. It fits her very, very well. It hugs every soft curve beautifully. It’s a tan color, camel I think with a burgundy satin shirt and matching shoes. She’s wearing her hair down. A riot of beautiful brown curls. Beautiful. I stop drooling long enough to come to the conclusion that I need to calm her down and fast.

    I quickly get in front her to stop her pacing and softly say, “Baby, it’s going to be fine. No need to be so nervous.”

    “I know, I know. I’m just not looking forward to any of this.” Ashley says as she nervously bites her bottom lip

    “It’ll be over before we know it. Where’s Kyla? Is she going to come with us or is she going to meet us at the court house?” I ask as I gently cup her face and begin to caress her cheekbones with my thumbs

    Ashley closes her eyes and leans into my touch making me smile as she murmurs, “She’s meeting us at the courthouse.”

    I lean and begin to place little kisses up her jaw line while I murmur, “Sounds good. On an entirely different subject, I love the suit you’re wearing. Where did you get it? I’d like to get one too.”

    “Store,” Ashley whispers as she pulls me closer by placing her hands on my hips

    I smile against her skin and continue doing kissing my way up to her ear. When I get there I whisper as I kiss her earlobe, “What store?”

    1. i can’t believe melissa is doing this just to get back at spencer or ashley or to get to spencer with ash out of the way but either way this girl has got to know by doing this she’s pushing spencer away and now spencer can tell on melissa as well pms

    3. I can’t believe Melisa did that just to get back at Spencer and Ashley. There had to be other witnesses during the incident. I love the drama though in this story, just not in my life. PMASAP.

I can’t believe Allison got off with such an easy deal (but that was so realistic. happens like that all the time). OMG! and the Mrs. Dennison case. That lawyer was pissing me off! Oh was I angry when I read that the witness was Melissa! She would do anything to ruin Spencer’s relationship. You just know that she’s going to lie. When are they going to ask Mrs. Dennison what she was actually doing? I hope they bring in the nurse that Spencer yelled to get security or something. That DA better get on her job and quick! Great update, babe. You have managed to add new twists and possibilities so nicely. Coming out of lurkdom has certainly been worth it! Can’t wait to see what is next. Much love. *hugs*

    7. c’mon??? Why can’t Melissa get over it? Especially now when they already have to worry about the Allison threat, why add Aiden’s mother to the mix?? grr!!! Well, I do love the drama, but that just makes me angry. Awesome update!!!

    10. great update. but there were other nurses around besides melissa, right? maybe hailey could offset her testimony? i just think that melissa’s testimony would be considered irrelevant because of her own emotional connections to spencer and ashley, which hailey clearly is aware of. this can’t fly in court…

    12. Ok Melissa is gonna be the devil herself..there just had to be some sort of drama with this case. These girls never get a break. Well if Allison gets off with a slap on the wrist, does the same thing go for Mrs. dennison aswell? GOD i certainly hope not. I like the drama and please please please post more soon!
