Aiden was camped out in the men’s bathroom. He might have thought he could hold down a steak, appetizers, and the food from the movie theater but his stomach was proving him wrong. His eyes always were bigger than his appetite. Ashley thought. She glanced over at Spencer who was watching Aiden run back into the restroom a second time.
“Boys are silly.” Spencer commented. “They stuff their faces full of food until they’re ready to explode.”
“Our boy in particular. He already is exploding.” Ashley replied.
Spencer laughed. “Too true. Do you think we should check on him?”
“Nah, he brought it on himself. It was the Milk Duds, I’m sure of it.”
“I think I’ll go check on him anyways. He probably feels like crap right now.” Spencer stood up and walked over to the men’s room. Ashley just rolled her eyes. Aiden just had to be the center of attention, even if it meant puking his guts out.
Instantly Ashley regretted her harsh thoughts. How many times had he been there holding her hair back and rubbing her back? She didn’t know what had brought on this sudden snappiness. The brunette tried to sort through her confused feelings for a plausible answer. Sleep deprivation? Aiden ruining a perfectly good night? Sexual frustration? Yup, that last one sounds about right. Both she and Spencer had been ignoring what was going on. Without either of them noticing, the ‘thing’ they had going on between them had grown to monstrous proportions.
Ashley knew that Spencer was aware of their shared looks and casual touches. She just knew it. Every time one of them ‘accidentally’ grazed the other, pulses of heat coursed through them. Now Spencer was babying Aiden.
She closed her eyes, trying to process everything that had happened tonight so far. The conclusion she came to was that being in such a heightened state of arousal for extended periods of time couldn’t be healthy. She crossed her legs trying to ease the discomfort. It did nothing.
Suddenly she opened her eyes. She sensed Spencer walking over, though how she knew was quite the mystery. Spencer had a rather large smile on her face. She sat down, leaned back, and folded her arms.

What??!??! Wait, no No no no. You get no sleep young lady. You get back on the computer now! What?!?!?? Hot monkey sex that’s what! Oh, ok, so it’s early in the story and you’re setting the pace. Given that I’m the queen of ‘filler’ chapters I think that’s valid, but but but. HOT MONKEY SEX!!!! Oh sigh. They have such chemistry. You write them with such chemistry. It’s amazing, I can practically feel the tension from my computer chair. It has me straining, saying.. YES, YES.. oh dammit! Anyway, PMS goes without saying. *grumble grumble* TEASE

I think it’s good you’re not rushing them…. hang on, did I just say that? wow. I mean it though, it’s a good pace – and not that many people imediately jump the person they lust after… when they’re sober anyway. post more soon please! :-D Jx

damn it! i thought… just maybe that ashley would be so out of control that she would jump spencer at the restaurant… haha no i’m glad that didnt happen, reading crazy uncontrollable sexual tension is so much hotter and better
