They sit there for about 10 minutes.
“Dana is strong. She’ll pull through this.” Tina whispers as she tries to comfort Bette the best she can. Tina stands up and pulls Bette with her. She guides her over to the bed and they lay down. Tina’s holding Bette close until they fall asleep.’
The next morning:
Bette wakes up first and gets out of bed and into the bathroom to take a shower. Tina wakes up from the sounds of the running water. She reach over and grabs her cell phone from the night stand and calls home.
“Hello?” Jessie replies.
“Hi, Jess, it’s me.” Tina says and rubs her eyes a little.
“Oh, hi. How’s Bette?” Jessie asks.
“She’s struggling, Dana’s her best friend. And this coming on top of the last two years. Will it ever stop? Just when we think that happiness and no drama is finally going to happen, then something comes up.” Tina says and let out a small sigh.
“Yeah. I don’t know where you get the strength.” Jessie says.
“In each other. Look, we’ll go by the hospital just as soon as we checks out of the hotel. Could you stay with the kids a little longer? I don’t know when we’ll be home.” Tina says.
“Sure, take your time. There’s still three bottles of breast milk in the fridge, it should be enough till this afternoon.” Jessie says.
“Yeah. Thanks Jessie. I’ll see you later.” Tina says. They say goodbye and hangs up.
An hour later Bette has finished packing while Tina took a shower and got dressed.
“T, are you ready?” Bette asks as she grabs the bag and walks over towards the door.
“Yeah, give me one minute, to do my hair.” Tina says and walks over to her and takes her hairbrush out of the bag along with a hair clip. She walks over to the mirror.
Bette walks over to her and stands behind her, watching her through the mirror.
“What?” Tina asks and smiles as she brushes her hair and looking at Bette.
“Nothing. Just enjoying the view. I love watching you when you’re doing your hair. It’s kind of soothing to watch.” Bette says.
“It is?” Tina asks curiously.
“Yeah. I don’t know why but it is.” Bette replies. “It’s angelic.” She adds.

Yes, I was right! It’s Dana, I knew it!!!lol… But what? She’s paralyzed from the neck down! You are so cruel, Lauren. lol Please let her die, I don’t think Bette can take it anymore. Great update please continue. :)
