    The memory of Tina’s family hurts. “I love you just the way you are.”

    Its because of you, you make me strong, you gave me the strength, and still do, to work harder. I couldnt have done this without you by my side. Bette says and smiles.

    I love you so much. Bette adds.

    I love you too. Tina replies and leans in for another kiss, which started of soft but deepened and got more passionate. Tina broke it off gently after a few minutes.

    You hungry babe? I can fix you a snack. Tina says.

    Actually Im very hungry, I missed dinner. Bette replies.

    Bette you shouldnt skip dinner, or any meals for that matter. Its important to eat, at least when you are doing what you are doing, you need the energy. Tina says seriously.

    Im sorry. Bette replies with a please-forgive-me look on her face.

    Tina smiles and leans in for a quick kiss. Then she jumps off of the bed and pull Bette with her.

    Come on, lets eat. Tina says. They walk into the kitchen. Tina pushes Bette down on a chair, while she opens the fridge, to look for something they could eat. Then she spotted something, a big jar off peanut butter. She grabbed it and placed it on the table.

    Peanut butter? Bette says surprised. Tina took out some bread and cut it into nice thin slices.

    Yep, I suddenly got the craving. Tina says and smiles. She brought the bread and two knives. Here you go, dig in. Tina says and does just that. Bette just looks at Tina with a big grin on her face. She then takes a slice herself and digs into the peanut butter herself. She keeps smiling at Tina while eating.

    So where is the qualifying tournament? Tina asks.

    Bette hesitates a little before answering, she looks a little nervous at Tina.

    Bette? Something wrong? Tina asks with a little concerned voice.

    No, nothings wrong, its just that its in North Carolina. Bette says and holds her breath for a second to wait for Tinas reaction. Tina just stares at her, and then she looks down on her peanut butter slice.

    How long have you known? Tina asks quietly.

    About a week. Bette says quietly, looking at Tina.

    Why didnt you tell me? Tina asks.

    4. Interesting chapter. What will happen when they go to N.C.? How will her family react when they find out that Lara is s lesbian? Will Bette get jelous when they run across some of Tina’s old girlfriends? Please continue.

    9. Great story, but I wish the girls would learn to handle situations differently. When will they learn that communication is key? I hope you sort it out for them in the next chapter.

    13. One question. Tina’s siblings; do they know why she has not been around, because in a previous chapter Lara said that her sister had not mentioned Tina or that she was a lesbian. Maybe you already answered that question and I missed it. Anyway great chapter, please post soon.
