“I thought we could share a moment like that again. But this time…just us, no distractions.” With that, Tina leaned back on the bed and pointed up unto the ceiling.
Bette finally broke the gaze she had maintained with Tina and looked up to where Tina gestured.
There were several strategically placed glow in the dark stars forming a bright twinkling pattern in the darkness of the room.
Bette grinned and looked back at Tina. “Cassiopeia!”
Bette’s immediate recognition caused Tina to smile. “I had this insanely hot date that got me into Astronomy…”
“I can’t believe you did this for me!” Bette gushed, pulling Tina into a warm embrace.
Tina leaned in to place her soft lips against the brunette’s. In between kisses she said, “For….you…anything.”
And they lied there, wrapped in each other’s arms, completely lost in the warmth, the sensuality and the trust that they had built together in such a short period of time.
It was Bette who stirred first. She opened her eyes, at first slightly disoriented as to her whereabouts. Then she felt the warm body that had seemingly melted against her own, snuggled so close that Bette couldn’t tell where her body ended and Tina’s began. The blonde’s head was resting on Bette’s chest, and all Bette could see in the dim light of the bedroom were her long, delicate eyelashes curling up towards her.
Bette sighed a breath of contentment as her eyes once again caught the sight of the glowing stars above their heads. Her body acted on its own accord, a wide smile forming on her lips as she was overcome with the romantic gesture that Tina had surprised her with. The massage had been wonderful – slow, intimate and yes, arousing – but the act of Tina conceiving of the star idea and going to the trouble of setting the scene in such a way for her, well it made Bette’s heart swell with her reality. A reality that was now filled with such hope, such anticipation of a new way of living. A life of happiness, a life of romance and one of seemingly boundless sensuality.
At that thought, her body again seemed to act on its own volition. She deftly shifted Tina onto her back and found herself above her, one arm holding herself up, one arm finding its way to the side of Tina’s face. She gazed down at her, and in that moment she felt like she was seeing her again for the first time. ‘God she is so beautiful.’ Her milky complexion, her perfectly shaped lips, her slender nose and her perfectly shaped eyebrows.

Wow! That was hot. But also cute. I loved the whole “painting” bit. From the beginning, with Bette’s reasoning on why she has to paint Tina, to the finger painting part. So cute. And then… well, you hit us with the hotness. I tend to skim over NC-17s, there’s really only so many ways in which you can describe these things, but I’m glad I didn’t skip over a word of yours. Maybe because of the R rating :) PPS!

I like the slowdown in pace, the energetic giddiness (and mini-heart attacks?) of previous chappies is definitely toned down here, but it’s fantastic to see them take their relationship one level up and the burner turned up two notches hotter…:p It is romantic, sensual, expressive.
