    “Yeah for sure,” everyone agrees.

“And if all else fails, we could just send Shane into a club,” Dana teases. “I’m sure she could find someone.” They all chuckle.

Later that night at Shane and Jenny’s

“So, I was thinking,” Shane says, grabbing a beer from the fridge and taking the cap off. “Maybe, instead of wasting our money on a fifty dollar add in the paper, why don’t we spend fifty cents and just make some flyers and post them all around? Kit would probably let us post some at the Planet and I could put some up at Wax.” She sits down next to Jenny on the couch and sips on her beer.

“Yeah, that sounds good,” Jenny agrees. “We need to save our cash any way we can.”

“Exactly, and if someone is looking for a place they will be all over it,” Shane continues. “It’s a pretty good deal.”

“I was wondering, instead of offering the studio… maybe I could live in it?” Jenny asks. “I mean, we can always say they can have it if they want it, but I was thinking that it would be really good for me and my writing if I could have my own space where there wouldn’t be as many interruptions.”

“Yeah, for sure. It’s alright by me. Besides, it’s still a killer deal for anyone looking for a spot.”

Jenny smiles and turns her attention to the television. She briefly glances over at Shane and then to the beer she is holding and then back at the TV. Shane knowingly smiles and hands her the beer. Jenny grins, takes a sip and hands it back.

    Alice’s Apartment

“Dana!” Alice whines. “C’mon, it’s a game, just play.” She extends the piece of paper to her friend.

Dana sighs and tapes the paper to her forehead. Helena laughs and Dana’s expression turns to one of worry. “I don’t understand why I’m always the one who has to be first to play these ridiculous games you come up with.”

“Look, I didn’t come up with it ok?” Alice responds. “It was on LA magazine’s List of Best games to play when you’re bored.”
