    The producer laughs and wraps her arms around her neck for a kiss.

    Tina – Of course not, babe! Since I would actually like to eat it …

    The brunette chuckles.

    Bette – Happy anniversary, Tee!

    Tina – Happy anniversary to you too, baby! I will never forget that moment!

    Bette – Me either.

    They kiss.

    Bette – Eat!

    Tina takes a bite out of her waffle.

    Tina – Mmmm … delicious!

    Bette smiles.

    Bette – I can’t promise you to do this every day but … there is more where it came from.

    Tina – Here … try some …

    She feeds her girlfriend.

    Tina – If there is more where it came from … you are getting fat too!

    She takes another bite with a smile.

    Bette smiles back almost shyly.

    Bette – Do you think … this is something that you could get used to?

    Tina – Breakfast in bed?

    She takes a sip of her coffee.

    Bette – Well … that and … waking up with me …

    Tina – Am I not already?

    She takes a forkful into her mouth.

    Bette – Yes but … I mean … in a more permanent way.

    The blonde raises her eyebrows.

    The brunette looks serious.

    Bette – Do you think it is early to ask you to move in together with me?

    Tina chokes on her food and washes it down with coffee.

    Tina – Are you serious?!

    Bette nods.

    The blonde takes the tray away from her lap and looks at her.

    Tina – Com’ere …

    The brunette slides in closer with a worried look on her face.

    Tina places her arms on the brunette’s shoulders and caresses her hair.

    Tina – You are asking me to move in together …?

    Bette – If you would like … (pause) Would you?

    Her girlfriend finally releases a smile.

    Tina – I would love it!

    She laughs.

    Tina – I would fucking love it!

    Bette’s face lights up.

    Bette – You would?!

    Tina – Yes!!

    The brunette laughs.

    Bette – Oh my fucking God! I’m so happy!

    Tina – Me too!

    They hug and exchange a kiss.

    The brunette turns serious and caresses the blonde’s face.

    Bette – Tee … I want you to understand that … I would never live with a girlfriend if I didn’t want to marry her.

    Tina’s eyes show her emotion.  

    Bette – And I know that we can’t get married … but I would like to ask you anyway.
