Chapter 11: Some Time to Think
“I know what a junkie looks like and that’s what this is. I’m done with that shit. So you have until tomorrow when I get home from work to move out.” Shane sighed in disappointment as she left Eve’s room.
Eve thought for a minute and then quickly threw the box to the side, but grabbed the insulin bottle. Running quickly after Shane, she realized that the brunette had all ready made it to her room and had closed the door. Eve ran her fingers through her long light brown hair, staring at the door of Shane’s room.
“Oh to hell with it.” Eve popped Shane’s door open loudly to find the other women lying down on her bed. One arm behind her head the other holding a cigarette.
“Get out Eve.” Shane didn’t turn to look at her as she took a drag.
Eve stepped further into the bedroom, holding the bottle of insulin. “No, I’m not a fucking junkie!”
Shane blinked at hearing Eve cuss and then sighed again. “Fine maybe you dabble or whatever. I’m not down with the needle shit. So please, leave.”
Eve threw the insulin bottle onto the bed next to Shane. “I’m diabetic. That’s insulin. You want to talk about it more, I’ll be in the kitchen.”
The younger girl left the room and Shane holding the bottle.
Alice sat motionless, staring at the blank screen of her laptop at Jolt Junkies; her mind was on Dana and their recent bickering. Her original plan was to go to Dana’s and maybe try and blow over the ice that was making its way into their relationship. She decided to wait until the morning and try to get her article on “The Gossip” done for Rolling Stone. Alice nodded her head as she listened to the group in her earphones. She was getting so into the music that she didn’t notice someone standing near her.
Alice turned to look around and jumped when she saw Maia standing next to her smirking. The strawberry blonde waved her earphones off, embarrassed and put on her big smile.
“Ummm, umm, hi there Maia.” Alice shuffled things around.

This story rocks! As much as i like andie i was wondering if eve and shane are gonna get toghether? They seem like they could be sweet together. Just saying. Anyways hope you post again soon! :)
Ugh.. I hate it when I get sucked into a story that is so great, but, its unfinished…Its been like over a year…well, acourding to the date thingie…anyway it is/was great, I just wished it was finished.
Glad Eve told Shane the truth. Poor Zoe & Carmen, Shane is being relentless. So Andie is back, can’t wait to see what impact she’s going to make in Shane’s life. Wonder what Bette wants from Andie. Great update.
Please update soon . . . I’ve been following this story and it’s off the chain. I’m glad Eve told Shane. The part with Shane buggin’ Carmen and Zoe was hilarious . . . LYLAS, post soon.
