“Gabby?”

For the first time since Gabby came Alice stares at her cousin in the eyes. All she could see is incomprehension. She can’t explain what happened, its just happened. she was dancing trying to forget the mess she was with Dana, dancing when she shocked with Gabby.

Back to the milk a few hours earlier

Alice shocked with a woman “Hey” “Hey” answers Gabby smiling. Alice doesn’t know what to do nor say, Gabby is the last person she wanted to see right now  “you look like *****” added Gabby. Alice looks at her with astonishment “Thanks” and then whispering “You really didn’t change”. “I’m the same Gabby you fell to” she said charmingly “And the same I let to” answers Alice. “Yeah” said coldly Gabby but then “I really missed you”. Alice stares at her. God she knows Gabby is a bad idea but now she’s alone and she needs some comfort, she needs a shoulder to cry. By the way the tears are welling up in her eyes. All the dinner comes back in her mind as she started to cry. “Hey what happen? Come on, you can tell all you want to your Gabby.She’s here for you”. Alice accepted this helping hand but she doesn’t know yet that is  a very bad idea. They sat and began to talk about their respective life, what happened… In fact they talk esencially about Alice’s life during the last mounths. Alice didn’t talk about this night and the dinner with Dana. She talked about the break up, the dip she was in, Joan, but that’s all. “I knew Dana was not for you. You’re not made for one love babe. You have to feel that you can have all you want” Gabby takes Alice’s hand “You can have me” she added charmingly. Alice smiles “Yeah its good” she answers “What? To have me?” plays Gabby. “No, to know that I can have you” continues Alice. They smile at each other. After a few dances and drinks Alice is ready to go to the bed “I have to go” she said “No. Let me drive you. You even can’t walk straight. I’ll drive you” said firmally Gabby grabbing Alice’s arm. “Ooooh, I see. Don’t think that if you drive me into my house you’re gonna drive me to my bed” said with a drunk voice Alice. “If I wanted that I will get drunk you more” jokes Gabby “This is such a thing you can do” continues Alice.
