    Chapter 9 – Back to regularly scheduled programming. I can’t imagine posting again before the site renos take place…

    ”As luck would have it, the only thing I have my mind set on involves staying in,” Bette replied. ”A little stress relief at the end of a day filled with constitutional arguments and case law.”
    ”Your turn for a nice hot bath and a good night’s sleep?”
    ”I’d love to share a bath with you,” Bette said. ”But the likelihood of our getting a good night’s sleep is remote.”
    ”Sounds like we have the same evening in mind,” Tina replied.
    ”I’m going to call the restaurant,” Bette said. ”I’ll be right back.”
    Bette stepped inside and reached for her phone to make the call, not bothering to close the door behind her. She’d just be a moment anyway.
    As the call concluded, she heard Tina slide the door shut. Bette set the phone down and turned to face her.
    ”Reservation cancelled,” Bette said.
    ”Evening ours to do with as we please,” Tina replied. She sat on one of the stools by the island with her water glass still in hand.
    ”Are you hungry?” Bette asked.
    ”Something light would be nice,” Tina replied.
    They discussed the relative merits of what choices they had for dinner and were soon side by side sharing light touches between bites of a nutritious meal.

    ”Are you ticklish?” Bette asked.
    ”I’m not sure I want to answer that,” Tina replied.
    ”I’m not asking with a view to using it against you,” Bette laughed. ”I want to avoid it if you are.”
    ”Only my feet are ticklish,” Tina admitted. ”Would you turn on some more hot water please?”
    Bette did as was asked of her, while Tina reached to let a stream of bubble bath out under the water as it flowed from the tap. The bubbles welled up between them.
    ”Alright, here’s a more succinct question,” Bette started. ”Is there anything you don’t like – anything you find really annoying?”
    ”I don’t care to have someone’s tongue in my ear,” Tina said. ”It’s not at all arousing to me.”
    ”Your ear isn’t where I plan to have my tongue,” Bette replied. ”But good to know.”
    ”Is there something in particular you would like me to do?” Tina asked. ”Something that without exception you find does turn you on?”

    4. I know you’re not big into the NC-17 chapters, but because they are so charming and amusing with their analytical foreplay, I would love to read how they act during sex. The writing is just fabulous!

It’s amazing how you still find fresh, titillating ways for this couple to interact in your nth TiBette story.     10. Great update. They are as no-nonesense in talking about their intimacy together as they are talking about their work. Tina will need to move closer soon so their drive isn’t as long and they can spend more time together. I can hardly wait until Tina appears before the court and they can celebrate.
