Stevie has been staying at Bette’s regularly. She and Xavier had pretty much moved in, the spare room becoming his. He couldn’t be happier. What a 3 year old wants his own room for is still a mystery. It could probably be attributed to the independent streak he inherited from his mother. Stevie has been given a draw in the dresser and she was more then happy to have it. Tina’s closet was empty except for a few stray pieces of clothes but Stevie Stevie felt a hesitation putting her things in it. She was content with the way things were. She and Bette loved each other and were learning to live with one another. Bette loved Xavier and Stevie loved Angelica. Things seemed to be turning out well.
Bette and Stevie walked in to the Planet, Bette holding Xavier and Stevie holding Angelica. They were all laughing about something and seemed to be ending a lovely afternoon. They found Tina having lunch with Alice and Carmen. The mood immediately went from lighthearted to a bit solemn in a heart beat. The pack approached the table. Tina looked as if she has witnessed a crime. Alice sipped her coffee with an amusing grin on her face. Carmen began searching for an escape. None. Damnit!
Bette: “Hey guys.”
Stevie: “Hey everyone.”
Alice: “Heeellllooo”
Carmen: “Hey.”
Tina remained silent. Bette placed Xavier on his feet and Stevie breathed a sigh of relief as she quickly handed Angelica back to Bette.
Stevie: “I’m gonna get something to eat. You want anything?”
Bette: “Um, I’ll just have some of whatever you have.”
Stevie: “Ok. Come on X”
Xavier: “Where are we going, I …”
Stevie: “X!”
Xavier: “Coming mommy.”
Bette sat at the table.
Bette: “What are you guys up to?”
Alice: “Um, you know chatting. What are you up to?”
Bette: “Just came from the park with the kids.”
Tina: “The kids?”
Bette: “Yes, kids. Slang for children.”
Carmen: “Come on Al I want you to hear this new track I just mixed.”
Alice: “No, I’m good.”
Carmen: “Alice!”
Alice: “Ok! Geez, everyone is yelling around here today.”

vibes, would it be all right with you if I KILLED tina?? How dare she try to control Bette through the baby. Of course it’s her best weapon, but she really needs to drop off a cliff or something. This isn’t sounding like Shane..she is not this judgmental and meddlesome ever.

It wouldn’t have mattered if it was Stevie or Sally from the Valley…she is gonna have that same attitude…she wants to control and punish Bette and for what…she is not trying to get back with her. It just makes me so mad how she uses Angelica to play puppeteer with Bette. Bette should have packed her sh*t up and brought it to her with NO explanation. And what is Shane’s problem? Why is she trying to block her happiness? I mean just because you came from something in your past dosen’t mean your life can’t change for the better. Fix this Vibes…
I’m with susannah. At this point, it’s better just to get rid of Tina. Bette’s not allowed to move on, but she is? What the hell is that about?! I loved the bit of dialogue between Shane, Stevie, Bette and Tina… that was brilliant. I don’t know what Shane’s deal is; they don’t have to react to situations the same way. Anyway, I’m hooked.
(Which is saying a lot, because I never read fics that aren’t Tibette)

I don’t believe it is over between stevie and Bette, Uh Uh! these two are great together!, why dont shane go away for a minute, and Tina, well can she just walk off the face of this earth! Chief!, so its ok for Henry to be holdin up Boo Boo, but when her ass be seein another woman holding Boo Boo it’s not alrite!, Girl need a bitch slap!, she needs to stop this nonsense.

DAMNIT! I’m with susannah! KILL TINA!! She just needs to die. I mean, generally don’t like her.. But now, she really just needs to have a horrible untraceble fatal accident. And as for Shane….Just because she fucked up with Carmen, Stevie will with Bette? Shane needs to stop putting negative thoughts in Stevie’s mind! Some “sister” she only ever has bad things to say. What happened to encouragement that she seems to be fixing her life! *deep breath* My poor favorite couple..
Also, does Kit own the Planet in this story?? So Tina has the nerve to come to Bette’s sister’s restaurant and get all bent cos Bette is there, and tells her there who Bette can date or not date or forget about seeing the baby. WHO does f***ing Tina think she IS?

Have they all gone mad. Tina, shut the fuck up. You made your choice,apparantly your not happy with it, but stop blaming Bette. Shane, get over yourself, what because your miserable, no one else should be happy. Bette and Stevie, stop listening to the others and follow your heart.
