"No, it’s just, hmm, I missed you already."

Silence……

"Alice?"

"Yes Dane I am still here." Alice tried to hold back her tears. Her happy tears.

"Ok, I think I better hang up now. I’ll see you at 7pm tomorrow. And by the way" Dana pause for a while before continued "You looked beautiful today."

"You too."

"Yah, good night, Alice. Sweet dreams."

"Good night, Dane."

With that both of them hung up. Both were looking forward for tomorrow’s to come. Suddenly something struck on Alice’s mind. "Damn the fiancee thing" she said as she opened the door to her apartment.

"Ok guys, stop laughing already! Just shoot me with your inquiries!" Alice was annoyed with her friends whispering and grinning with one and another, leaving her at the corner of the table.

"Ahha, you asked for it!" Tina grinned from ear to ear. But she was cut off by Shane before she could continue. She pouted and this made Bette laughing out loud. She put her hand on Tina’s shoulder to calm her down.

"So how was the date? Did you fuck her?" All her friend were grinning from ear to ear waiting for the answer eagerly.

"So, why can’t you ask another way, like, Al, did she fuck you? Why do I always have to be the one who fuck first?" Alice crossed her arm, trying to hide her smile and pretend to be hurt.

"Al, come on. We knew you better." Helena winked at her.

Alice gave Helena the finger. But the group just kept staring at her, which made her blush a bit. She finally relented.

"Ok, ok I admit it. But it was before. I mean…damn..I was nervous ok. So, I just kissed her goodbye and went to sleep ALONE in my bed. Does that answer to your question?" Alice winked and smirk.

"Whoa whoa, is this Alice Pieszecki we know? This is so not you!" Bette asked, smiling.

"Guys, we are talking about this hot and young heart surgeon here. Maybe Alice found her match already!" Kit interrupted while making her way to the table.

"Hi, Kit" All of them greeted Kit when they saw her.

"Hi. And you baby girl" she smiled at Alice, "Did you managed to get her to go to your second base then?" All of them laughed histerically at the question. Alice shoot them the look, pouted and crossed her arm. But she joined in the laughther right after that.
