Dana glance at Alice and then looked at the group. She could tell that Alice was staring intently at her, eagerly waiting for her to answer. She decided to spill, not really to the group but more to Alice. She cleared her throat.

"Well, I guess I have a bad record in this field. I don’t have many dates as I was fully concentrated on my career. I have only been with two women this far. Therefore, I don’t have much experience on the dating stuff" Dana smiled shyly at them before finishing the last sentence quickly. "But honestly, work was only an excuse, the truth was that I was waiting for the right person to come" her cheeks blushed deep red.

Alice smiled in her heart upon hearing this. She could not believe that Dana was making this confession in front of her. She wanted to jump into her right now, kissed her hard and make love to her all day long. As she was in her own world, she was granted with a smack on the arm. She looked at her side and saw Tina winking and giggling at her. "Damn, that’s was so obvious" she thought herself, all smiling.

Dana looked at her watch. "God, I am going to be late for my work. I have a discussion with a heart specialist today. I guess I have to make the move first" Dana stood up from her chair.

"Ooh, Alice do you want me to drive you home?" Dana kicked herself in mind for almost forgeting this point.

"No, I’m fine, you make your move now or else you are going to be late."

"Hey, why don’t you come to our house this Friday for barbeque?" Bette asked quickly. "Hmm, ya we are celebrating, uhmm, Angelica’s first word" Tina cut in. Bette frowned at Tina’s lame excuse. Tina giggled when she saw her lover’s expression.

Dana looked at Alice, raising one of her eye brows as if to ask for permission. Alice smiled and gave her a nod.

"Ok, guess I’ll see you guys then. I really have to go. Bye guys" Dana waved at the group.

"Bye Alice" She was struggling thinking whether she should kiss Alice good bye or not. She decided to just walk out.

As she turned her back to make her way out, she heard Alice calling for her.

"Hey"

"Yes" Dana turned to look at Alice.

Alice pulled Dana close and planted a deep kiss onto Dana’s lips. Dana was shocked and almost had her heart jumped out from it’s place. She kissed Alice back until both of them broke from the kissed for air. She could hear animal sounds made by their friends from the table. Then Alice pull her for a hug and whispered these words in her ear.

"That was for being so honest with me and my friends. I’ll wait for you tonight." Alice pull away smiling at her and walked back to the table. Dana looked at Alice’s way and smiled. She waved bye to the group and made her way out from the Planet grinning ear to ear. She wasn’t sure whether she could make her way back to the hotel as her legs were still shivering from the kiss.
