Alice stepped out of her Mini and struggled towards the doors of the CAC, carrying not only her belongings, her and Bette’s dinner but also some files that Bette had asked her to pick up on the way

” Fuck..” she bent down to pick up her keys

” God Dammit Porter.one of these days we will go out for dinner..like normal people, but nooooo have to be stuck in an office. Once again. Cos ya arranging another Artists dinner. For like the trillionth time”

Finally reaching the door, she swayed left and right wondering which way would be best to open it

” How the fuck am I gunna do this..”

She noticed James walking past, so she quickly kicked the door several times so he heard her, James came rushing towards the doors

” Here let me get that..” grabbing the files of Alice..

” Thanks.. Kinda struggling there..”

” Yeah, I noticed” James flashed Alice a big smile,

” This way” James walked on ahead

” God, he’s cute”

” Excuse me” James turned and asked

” Erm.. Is err Bette, you know in her office” she started to blush..

” Yep, working as hard as ever..”

They reached Bette’s office, James popped his head around the door to notify her that Alice was here..

“Thanks for the help Jamescouldn’t of done it with out ya..”

” It’s no problem ..oh.. here” he pointed towards the files ” I’ll put these..”

He walked inside Bette’s office, this time Alice followed..

” Here” and placed them on Bette’s desk.

Bette looked up and give them both a smile

” Hey AlThanks James”

” That’s O.K I better get back to work.bye Alice”

“You better” Bette joked

” Bye James..”

James casually walked out the door, Alice had not looked at Bette once since she had arrived, she placed what she had in her hands on the floor and sat down, all the while looking at James walking out

” Err.. Alice.” Bette waved a hand in front of her face..
