CHAPTER III

I looked at myself in the mirror. Made sure everything was in its place.  Carmen was helping me with the last details.

“Are you nervous?”

Was I nervous? Of course I wanted her to like me. I wanted her to love me. In return I was going to love her. Now all I needed was to stop thinking about that beautiful brunette. Since the moment I left her house I kept remembering things that happened. I could still feel her in me. Like a part of her was still growing even though she was no longer with me. Not to mention I could still feel the way she kissed me. How she kissed my neck, my breast. How she worshiped my body and made me feel things I hadn’t felt before. Not to mention I was sore.  I smiled at the thought. Women named Bette left me walking funny. Who knew a human could do that.

I noticed Carmen was still waiting for me to respond. Wait, what did she ask? ‘Was I nervous’

“You don’t have an idea. I can do this. She’ll like me right.”

Carmen walked closer to me and looked over my shoulder into the mirror. She smiled and it calmed my nerves.  “You look lovely and Helena is going to love you. She knows what you look like. She will make you happy. The queen made the right choice, Christina. Helena was the best for you.”

“I can’t stop thinking about her.” I had to tell her. She was the only one that knew.

She smiled and squeezed my shoulders. “Christina, Tina was in the planet called Earth. Tina lives deep within you. Here you are Christina princess of Elfron. Who will be Christina of Elfron Princess by marriage of Fangura and there will be peace among these 2 planets because of your union.  This Bette can only exist in your memory. You will never see her again.”

I knew she was right. I had one night with this mysterious Bette, but only I knew how she rocked my world.

“Come on, your wedding is about to begin. “

I gave myself a quick shake.

“I hope she’s as good as a lover as your precious Bette.”
