Previously……

Helena:(relentless) “I see, well it seems you’ve made your choice….” Before Bette has a chance to react, Helena steps close to her and seductively plants a kiss on Bette’s lips. “…..suit yourself, however I think you’ll find it rather regretful.”

With that, Helena turns and flaunts out of Bette’s office. Bette is speechless and alarmed at Helena’s actions. She instinctively wipes her mouth clean and thinks of Tina.

Chapter 6:

Bette and the contractors for the show, were in the main gallery going over the last few items on her to do list. She’s just unrolled her blueprints to identify the remaining displays that need to be completed, when she feels someone lean over her. She turns her head around face to face with Helena. They are so close she can feel Helena’s breath on her cheek. Helena is bent over Bette, her arms straddling Bette’s body, she’s peeking over Bette’s shoulder at the blueprints. This makes Bette extremely uncomfortable but she doesn’t want the contractors to think there is a problem and she damn doesn’t want to give into Helena’s game so she pretends as if nothing bothers her and continues. The longer she talks the more she can feel Helena’s body pressing against her. She might be mildly turned on if Helena weren’t so persistent. When Bette makes it to the upper gallery, Helena stops her.

Helena: “Are you sure this will work?” referencing a display on the prints.

Bette: (offended) “Yes, I’m sure I designed these plans.”

Helena moves her hand slowly up Bette’s thigh and sensually rubs Bette’s ***** all the while pressing her ***** against Bette’s back. She leans closer to Bette’s ear and whispers “I want you”. She does this all with such stealth neither of the contractors realize anything has happened. She slowly pulls away dragging her hand across Bette’s lower back causing Bette to tense up. As she walks away she states, “Oh yes, I’m sure you’re right, you are the director, after all. Bette, if you need anything…..you know where to find me.” She leaves Bette feeling confused….she feels a bit hot and bothered by the action yet sickened by the person all at the same time.

Bette arrives home around 8:00pm and Tina meets her at the door. Tina is obviously excited as she is draggind Bette into the house and pulling her bag and keys away from her, laying them on the counter.
