    Bette and Carmen moment, WWF smackdown, and a visit from beyond the grave.

    Bette was sitting at the edge of her pool with her feet dangling in the water just thinking about her life. Her life was really good, this much Bette knew. When thinking on her life these past two years Bette couldnt believe that she would be living with someone new, a woman she loved very much. Thinking on this new love always made Bette think on her other love; Tina.

    Bette couldnt believe that she would be apart from Tina, she always felt that the two of them would be together forever; that they belonged together. She never would have thought that theyd break up. In the same token Bette never thought that shed cheat on Tina, but she had. She had ruined her own marriage, or more like it her affair had been the catalyst in the break up of the union.

    With a smile Bette thought of her new love, Carmen, the woman who has quietly stolen her heart. She never thought that shed fall in love again, but she had. They had been together for nearly a year now, eleven months, two weeks and three days to be exact. Everything was perfect. Bette couldnt have asked for a better life. She didnt know why she was given the chance of love again, but she certainly wasnt going to blow it.

    Bettes mind invariably wandered back to her little girl, Arianna and she smiled. Her daughter was now a thriving eleven month old whom Bette saw every chance that she got. Tina had now been gone for six months and Bette would fly out to Pittsburgh every other weekend, if she could manage it, to see Ari and by extension Tina. The two had slowly become friends, or as close as they could be under the circumstances.

    What are you doing out here in the middle of the night, Carmen asked coming out on to the patio wearing a loose pair of yoga pants and a tight tank top

    Bette turned her head and smiled at Carmen as she sat down next to Bette.

    Just thinking about my life is all.

    Yeah? Anything in particular or are you just enjoying the quiet solitude of the night?

    3. Hey girl with as many story lines going on as you have how do you ever keep them straight. This is great. Now it gets creepy with her mom coming back to warn her. I have to tell you my mom did come back not to warn me but to let me know that everything was good. So it really does happen just like that as a waking dream. Awesome story thanks for your post.

    9. I love this story. Your mind is just so terribly creative. Now Bette can’t speak for a year? And the sign language thing was a very nice touch. I feel like you are setting us up for some heartbreak. And I like that you highlight the depth of Bette’s relationship with Carmen. Tina validated its significance as well. Okay, I think i’ve rambled long enough. Great post and I can’t wait for the next one. I’ve gotta find out what that dream is foreshadowing.

    10. Love this story Reba=P lol…CR00 is hilarious…’So when is carmen going to die and from what?’…is that the plan? Like MTS, what is that dream foreshadowing? I wonder what is gonna be Bette’s downfall this time?…oh well, I guess we’re gonna have to wait and see. Nicely done Reba, please do continue!
