    Bette and Tina have some serious discussions about their future and a little surprise from Dr. Miller.

    Tina was the first to wake up and felt Bette hugging her from her behind. They had slept hard the whole night and had not moved positions. Tina grinned into her pillow as she felt the new days sunshine on her face. She thought to herself that Bette was getting better and stronger. She felt hopeful for a future.  Then she furrowed her brow as she begin to think of what would happen once they were back in LA and not so insulated. How could they have separate residencies after being together day and night. Tina wondered how long Bette’s recovery was going to take.

     

    While she was doing all this thinking Bette woke up as well. She laid really still because she could feel that Tina was pensive. After a few moments she decided to speak up.

     

    Bette said “T?”

     

    Tina was a bit startled to hear Bette’s voice, but then quickly snapped out of her thoughts.

     

    Tina said “Yes?”

     

    Bette said “Good Morning” and kissed Tina’s shoulder.

     

    Tina said “Good morning to you baby, now that is a good way to wake up!”

     

    Bette said “T, I can feel that you are thinking hard about something, what is it?”

     

    Tina said “Are you a mind reader now baby?”

    Bette said “No, but I am just connected to your energy and I can feel that you are unsettled about something. Are you going to tell me what it is”

     

    Tina said “Bette I feel a little silly talking to you about it right now. It feels a little cart before the horse”

     

    Bette said “Tina nothing that you are feeling is silly. I want to know what troubles you. Maybe I can help you figure it out”.

     

    Tina said “Bette this is seriously something that can wait. So what do you want for breakfast? And what do you want to do today?” Tina tried to get the attention away from what she had just been thinking.

     

    Bette said “Turn around T”

     

    And so she did. And settled in to a comfy spot face to face with Bette and staring directly into Bette’s brown eyes.

     

    Bette said “T, don’t try to distract me. What were you thinking about that had you pensive? I really want to know.”

    4. Yeah, did you change your author’s name, what gives? Missed the story lke everyone else and so glad to see it back. Also glad the girls will stay together and now go to the hotel and it will be so much more private for them. Hopefully they won’t have a problem with jodi. I know, speak of the devil, I just hope she has gone away for good. Thanks for the new chapter. Great news for them. Thanks for continuing to post for us.

    10. I’m so glad to see an update on this story, I missed it! I’m glad Bette is able to leave the hospital but I’m also glad that the two of them are going to have some more time together alone before heading back to LA. Please post again soon.
