    Bette and Tina have some serious discussions about their future and a little surprise from Dr. Miller.

     

    Tina said “Bette… I…. was just thinking about you getting better and stronger. And that soon, very soon, we will find outsevles not here, but back home in LA.”

     

    Bette said “T, that is a good thing, right?”

     

    Tina said “Bette it is a complicated thing. We have been with each other day and night and have been insulated from the world and life. We don’t have Angie here, we don’t have our friends and family and so we are way out of the loop of routine and reality.”

     

    Bette furrowed her brows a bit and tried to follow Tina’s train of thought, but was not getting it.

     

    Bette  said “So you want to stay in Oregon and leave our friends and family?”

     

    Tina said  “No Bette!”

     

    Bette said “I know T, I was kidding but I am not following you. Don’t you want to get back to LA, to our home? Have a life together? Be with Angie and get back to a routine with you and I?”

     

    Tina said “Bette, I do. I just wonder what that will look like? We were not even sure what we were going with us as a couple when we left LA. All we knew is that you were going to tell Jodie about us and break up with her and then we were going to see what happens”

     

    Bette said “Oh. Do you want us to talk about what happens? Are you having second thoughts about us as a couple Tina? Am I wrong in assuming that we are back together?”

     

    Bette started to get tears in her eyes and her voice was soft like she was going to cry. Tina reached over and took her hands in her own and kissed them gently. She pushed a strand of Bette’s wild sleepy hair out of her eyes and tucked it behind her ear.

     

    Tina said “No Bette, I have zero doubts about us a couple. I guess I wonder if you want your space when we get back to LA. Do you want to wait until we get there and then negotiate what is best for you. Do we keep Angie on the same schedule and have her go back and forth?”

    4. Yeah, did you change your author’s name, what gives? Missed the story lke everyone else and so glad to see it back. Also glad the girls will stay together and now go to the hotel and it will be so much more private for them. Hopefully they won’t have a problem with jodi. I know, speak of the devil, I just hope she has gone away for good. Thanks for the new chapter. Great news for them. Thanks for continuing to post for us.

    10. I’m so glad to see an update on this story, I missed it! I’m glad Bette is able to leave the hospital but I’m also glad that the two of them are going to have some more time together alone before heading back to LA. Please post again soon.
