    Tina and Kasey are in L.A.

    Previously…. Time to end that useless cycle….There would be no more Bette and Tina…Bette realized that if Tina did ever contact her, there’d be so much resentment between the both of them and the trust they once shared that was now broken would never ever be shared again, so hopes of reconciliation were definetly out the window

    Time to start her life over yet again….

    Bette: I need us to move slow though…

    Candace: Fine by me, as long as your mine…I’ll move by whatever pace you want.

    Bette let those words sink in…Finally realizing that what her and Candace had could mount to something. Something she was sure she wouldn’t ruin…

    To be sure she was never tempted to call Tina, she left the number she had gotten from Alice in the garbage on the way out of the restaurant…

    Might as well start resisting temptation now…. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

    Kasey: I’m hungry

    Tina: We ate on the plane, about an hour ago

    Kasey wrinkled her nose and stuck her finger down her throat, Tina looked on finding her reaction amusing

    Tina: Did you not like your meal?

    Kasey: That was not food. I want…umm I want Burger King!

    Now it was Tina’s face to show disgust, which she did in the same fashion as Kasey.

    Kasey stood with her hands on her hips not finding her aunts actions funny.

    Tina: Now that’s not food.

    Kasey: Well It’s food to me!

    Tina: Excuse me, did you just talk back to me?

    Kasey shrugged, and pushed the hair out of her eyes and looked directly at her aunt with an innocent smirk…

    Kasey: I don’t know did I?

    Tina sighed and shook her head.

    Tina: You shouldn’t complain about food, I’ve seen you eat food that was worse than what we had this afternoon. How about the time I caught you and Bette eating your plastic muffins in the tea set you had gotten for christmas.

    Kasey giggled

    Kasey: It was Bette’s idea!

    Tina: Not one of her best ones I see.

    Kasey: Well she was proving a point

    Tina: What point would that be? ohh never mind, look a taxi, we have to get to our hotel your exhausted

    Kasey’s smile faded, anytime Aunt Tina seemed to recall a happy memory of Bette, she would quickly change the subject, and act as if the woman didnt exist. The two loaded their luggae into the catr and settled themselves in the back of the car. As the car took off, Tina closed her eyes and leaned her head back against the cool seat. Her hand resting protectively over her enlarged belly.
