Damn.
As she finished captioning the shot she’d taken, and texted it to the “squad”, Fabienne cracked a small smile, “I doubt that you’ve ever had a bad shot taken of you.”
Rian raised her eyebrows, and murmured her disagreement, exchanging a quick, surprised look with Jade, whose mouth had dropped slightly as she eyed her blonde girlfriend. That’s the nicest thing she’s told me all night, Rian thought.
The band that had been setting up while guests relaxed with after-dinner coffee and liqueur started to play their first set of the evening, led off by a cover of Janet Jackson’s “Together Again.”
There are times … when I look above And beyond … there are times when I feel your love around me baby … I’ll never forget my baby … I’ll never forget you …
The elegant couple from the university shocked everyone when they simultaneously jumped up, exclaiming, “Oh, that’s a great song!”
The emcee had said many of the songs that would be played tonight would chronicle the newly-married couple’s long courtship, but “to all the younger people out there .. all danceable, I assure you!”
And who could quibble with the choice to lead-off with Ms. Jackson?
Fabienne jumped up also, as the dance floor began to fill with guests bopping to the infectious song, to Jade’s astonishment. “How do you know this song?” Jade mouthed as Fabienne pulled on her arm.
“Gym class,” Fabienne half-shouted over the music.
In another surprise, Fabienne pulled on Rian’s bare arm also, still half-shouting, “Come, and dance with us. Can’t leave you alone here in the table!”
They danced to a few songs, and unexpectedly had a good time, as Fabienne and Rian took turns shimmy-ing and dancing around Jade who was dancing and clapping in place, suggestively swaying her hips to the beat in the best “Ms. Jackson” manner.
In the midst of the fourth song, Fabienne signaled that she’d felt her phone vibrate, and was stepping away to take it. Jade nodded, and took her elbow, bending to tell her “I’ve got to sit anyway, and see if I can open this jacket a bit.”
They turned to Rian who also said she needed to “rest my feet. These heels are killing me!”

Loving this story and the new ppl.JADE is trying to grow but keeps falling for girls that are somewhat controlling.RIAN is like a puzzle some parts are hard to place.WHAT are they hoping to avoid?A relationship is gonna happen when and where is the problem.RIAN/JADE you two are in lust/love NOT trouble.thanks

Jade and Rian, they would be a beautiful couple just like B&T . It is for sure they will be together, but i have the feeling that it will take longer than we hope it will.
