The doorbell rang again and Jenny’s brow furrowed. “Did the pizza boy forget something?”

“Did you order breadsticks?” Angie asked.

“Um I don’t think so,” Jenny said walking to the door.

She opened the door and gasped when she was pushed back roughly and Max stepped into the house with a gun in his hands.

Jenny’s hand immediately went up and Angie instantly jumped into the cabinet and closed the door. The protective Bette had taught Angie what to do in case of emergency situation including using the speed dial and calling 9-11.

She stayed completely quiet as Max glanced around the house.

    “You alone?” he snapped.

    “Yes,” Jenny said immediately.

    “Where’s the kid?” Max growled.

“She’s at her aunt’s house,” Jenny said.

Max nodded knowing that Angie very often stayed at Kit’s house when Bette and Tina went out. He gripped Jenny’s arm roughly and dragged her out the door, “open the door to your house and keep your trap shut of I will kill you, you hear me?”

Jenny whimpered and nodded slowly. Max dragged her towards the house while closing the door behind him. Angelica stayed completely still in the cabinet crying softly until she was sure no one was there. Slowly she opened the cabinet and searched around the house.

She ran to the phone and looked at the speed dial. Who would she call first 9-11 or one of her moms?

“Baby that was a great dinner,” Bette said following Tina into the hotel room.

Tina beamed, “that’s where I have lunch on a daily basis.”

“That’s a good place,” Bette smiled, “I wish there was something like that by the bank.”

“Is there something good next to CU?” Tina asked opening a bottle of champagne.

Bette shrugged, “nah, just a food court with a bunch of fast food places.”

“Well, you can always cook yourself lunch to take with you,” Tina said with a sly smile handing her the glass.

    Bette laughed, “I’m not suicidal.”

Tina grinned, “let’s drink to that then.”

“I’ll to anything with you,” Bette responded clinking her glass with Tina’s and downing her drink. Tina drank hers then set both glasses down on the table.

She started unbuttoning her dark red blouse that was tucked into her pencil skirt as Bette watched her. Slowly she shrugged off the shirt revealing a very lacy purple bra. Bette licked her lips and shifted in her spot. Tina smirked at the power she had over every single one of Bette’s reactions, then unzipped the side of her skirt.

    1. I’m confused. If this is a season 3-era storyline, then why is Angelica suddenly two? And not just two, but a very, very advanced two-year-old? I know she’s supposed to be saving the day/bringing the Max/Jenny/Bette storyline to a head, but…

    2. Great update. Angie is a very smart child and has been taught very well. Hope someone remembers to call 9-1-1 very quickly and the police nail max withut anyone else getting hurt. thanks.
