“I love you T.” Bette saying that brought a big smile on Tina’s face.

“Oh now that’s what I like to see T. You have such a beautiful smile baby.”

Tina blushed as Bette complimented her.

“Always the charmer huh, babe?” Tina said chuckling softly.

“Only for you baby.” Bette returned.

“My Sweet talker.” Tina murmured as she slowly leant forward and placed her lips against Bette’s, grazing her soft lips lightly.

Both of them sighed contentedly at the familiar contact. Even after all this time it still felt so right. Their bodies had not forgotten their soul mate and never would. They stayed that way for some time. Lost in each other. Oblivious to the world around. It felt like a long time but only a couple of minutes had gone by.

This kiss was so different than the one this morning. This kiss felt different to both of them. Not that it was lacking passion. The kiss in the morning was hot no doubt. But it had been urgent, desperate even, with Tina trying to get through to Bette, begging her to look into her heart. The kiss now had been slow and gentle though full of passion that only these two could bring out between themselves, conveying all their love to each other. It was in a way reclaiming of their hearts.

“Did you hear that?” Tina said as she looked around. They had been staring into each others eyes as they still stayed close, their lips only a breath away. But the insistent closing of the shutter somewhere close by had broken the moment bringing them out of their world.

“What?” Bette was still recovering from the feeling of Tina’s lips against her own. The loud thumping of her heart in her ears making it even more difficult for her to hear. She blushed as Tina quirked her eyebrow and looked at her smirking.

“Earth to Porter.” She said laughing while snapping her fingers in front of Bette.

“Shut up Kennard.” Bette lightly swatted her arm laughing herself, trying not to blush.

“See there it’s again. Can you hear the shutter go off?” Tina said again.

Bette looked around slowly trying to see where that noise was coming from. But she didn’t see anything out of the way.
