Bette: yes very weird now that you had the same thought.

Tina: Well impossible it is because Marcus doesn’t have any children…I guess its true what they say ”we all favors someone”.

Bette: So you mean there’s another person out there who looks like you?

Tina: uh huh.

Bette: Interesting.

Bette smiled at Tina and got up so make her leave.

Bette: Well Ms. Kennard I hope you get better and I will see you later ok.

Tina: Ok

Bette walked out the door and Tina looked up at the ceiling and sighed.

Tina: Gosh she’s beautiful.

After a few minutes Tina fell into a deep slumber, where she was able to rest and relax her battered body for a few hours before Bette would be bringing Christie by the hospital. Tina laid asleep for what seemed like forever when she felt a eerie presence in the room with her. She opened her eyes to see her husband, Henry, sitting in the chair that had just been occupied by Bette not too long ago. Her body shivers at the vision she was looking upon. She immediately start searching for the nurse call button but to her knowledge it was no where to be found, when in reality it was sitting right under her but with the nervousness she wasn’t comprehending properly.

Henry: Tina I’m sorry!

Tina: Henry what are you doing here?

Henry: Honey I needed to see you, please let me make it up to you.

Tina: It’s too late for that Henry…I already filed charges against you for battery and assault.

Henry: You What!!

Henry sat up quickly knocking the chair backwards unto the floor. Tina shivered at the bass in Henry’s voice, she had heard that tone too many times and knew it all too well.

Tina: Henry please leave!

Henry started laughing.

Henry: Leave! You bitch you will never get rid of me. I love you to death do us part, remember?

Tina knew exactly what Henry was referring to since this was not the first time he had threaten to kill her before.

Outside the hospital…

The deputy was about to make his departure but forgot one important detail, he forgot to have Tina sign off on her statement so that proper charges could be filed. He got out of his car and started making his way back to Tina’s room.

Back in Tina’s room…

Henry walked over to Tina’s bed and looked down at her with a dark anger in his eyes.

Henry: I’m going to make sure you keep your lips closed.

As soon as that sentence left Henry’s mouth, he reached over and grabbed a tight hold on Tina’s neck. Her monitor started buzzing and she was grasping for air but none was received. Tina got one more look into Henry’s face and her whole life with him started flashing before her eyes as she felt them slowly shutting and feeling herself fading into a bright light.
