Marina guided Cecilia to one of the patio chairs and made her sit down. As she was about to speak, they heard Shanes voice mumbling as she came back up the walkway. Stupid *****.

Cecilia looked at her lover kneeling in front of her and was wondering what she was doing. Suddenly, a shocked look passed over Cecilias face and she knew what was about to happen. Her pulse began to race as Marina spoke.

Marina paused and opened the box to reveal the ring inside. Cecilias now tearful eyes moved to the marquis cut blue diamond that was set into a platinum band. She smiled up at Marina and thought to herself She remembered the story about the blue diamonds

She simply slipped to her knees and kissed Marina like she never had before. She could hear clapping all around her and they exchanged a kiss that made each of their chests ache with love. Marina pulled away smiling.

I take it thats a yes? she questioned.

Yes yes YES!!!! Cecilia yelled laughing and crying at the same time. She took Marinas face in her hands and looked deep into the dark depths. Ill love you for the rest of eternity if thats what you want, she said before kissing Marina again and again and again.
