Chapter 13 – When Fates Collide Part II.
The week was speeding by for Tina and Bette each day is was becoming
more concrete that something very special was happening between them.
Each of them was now more comfortable expressing their love for the
other. There were tender moments and conversations about things past
but the subject neither was really approaching was the future, the only
words used were “take it slowly” but really had not time associated
with it that they were speaking of at least to one another.
Bette was trying to prepare for her trip back to Rome so the day of the
trip to Disneyland she missed out on which was disappointing since she
wanted to take pictures of Jessie enjoying “Mickey’s House” she also
knew that Tina had planned to have dinner with Jessie and Devon. Bette
knew she needed to trust Tina’s instinct and past friendship with Devon
but it was still difficult for some reason.
Bette figured if she put in a long day at the office it would free her
up for more time with Tina and Jessie as the week closed out and she
wanted to work on her surprise for Tina for New Year’s Eve.
Tina was enjoying her time in L.A. not just because of reconnecting
with Bette but being back in an urban environment and the sunshine at
the beach. She loved the way Jessie comfortable with all her new
“Auntie’s”. She enjoyed having her store but for some reason she was
not missing the responsibility of it all. Watching Jessie play in the
sand and be so excited about all the new things she was seeing
reinforced what Tina had been thinking for the last year. She
absolutely adored Spring Hollow but she needed to give Jessie more and
honestly she needed more for herself but the hard question now was how?
The sun was just beginning to break into dawn when Bette felt the
covers pull back and Tina’s warm curvy body wrapped around her giving
her a soft kiss on her neck. “Am I dreaming or are you real?” Bette
said in a sleepy whisper. “I think this will let you know it’s real”
Tina moved so that she was now more on top of Bette and began to deep
the luscious morning kisses. Bette was completely relaxed from her
slumber but her body was quickly beginning to respond to Tina’s
advances. She began to caress Tina’s behind which felt really good.
Tina responded by lowering her kisses to Bette’s neck pressing her
erect nipples more into Bette’s body as they both began roll and move
their hips together.

I want to kill Devon though but that is alright I know that I am not the only one. AS for little Jessie…i have fallen in love with her, she is just so adorable. AS for B&T, you truly have created such love, it is incrediable. You are awesome girl…keep it up.
LOL I had to laugh when I saw you posted. I hope I didn’t make you feel too guilty tonight!! Good God you had no problem bringing on the drama!! First Jessie, then Devon (the little jerk!) I was just about to head to bed when I saw you put up a new chapter. Thank god there was a nurse around to help Bette and Shane with Jessie. And Devon…WTF, mate? He has no reason to be pissed at Bette and needs to back the hell away.

I’m glad Jessie is fine and that B & T know where they are headed. I cannot stand Devon. He’s going to have his high power attorney mother try to revoke the contract he made with Tina about paternal rights. I just can see it now. God, Bette may just kill him first. LOL. Please continue.

Oh Lord, More drama….guess it wouldn’t be a very good story if there wasn’t a crisis for B&T to deal with. As long as they face it together, I can handle it. Congrats on the award. I do love your style of writing, obviously, so do the judges.

I too would like to say congratulations. I love this story and only hope that Bette and Tina can have the family that they deserve to have. I hope that the agreement that Tina had him sign before the insemanation (can’t spell a lick) is legal and binding and that he has no foot to stand on. That way even with his mother the lawyer there is no way that he can claim Jessie as his daughter.
First, congratulations, well deserved. Now that jerk pork Devon needs to understand that he is a sperm donor who just happens to be related to one of the child’s parents and Tina needs to tell him to back off. Teddy bears and balloons in the emergency room, nice but inappropriate, already showing he doesn’t have the right stuff to be a parent. Preggers Alice is kind of bizarre, makes me just a little nervous. Liked the mouse ears look on Bette, she should wear them in Italy.

I first congratulate you on your award. It is the reason I am now aware of your great story. Second, although I agree that William Devon needs to back up, we have to keep in mind that he has probably only heard the bad things about Bette (the ex) from Tina. He has to feel the same about Bette as she feels about him. I’ll always be on Bette’s side, but…yes, this is drama!
Ahhh, and so the trouble begins with Devon. If Tina moves back to LA, is Devon going to be around? I don’t remember where he lives.
