Charles was driving Tina home in his black Hummer that actually belonged to the Peabody Foundation. Tina started rambling on about Helena until she started feeling dizzy. Tina wasn’t making any sense. Charles pulled over fast to see what was wrong just as Tina passed out. Charles reached for Tina but fell unconscious against his seat. Tinas side door opened and two men lifted her drugged body and carried her to their vehicle.

Tina awoke completely naked and alone in a bed. Trying to focus her eyes in the direction of the sound of a voice sitting in a chair across the room. Tina heard foot steps coming closer to the bed. She felt the bed move. She knew someone was there. Tina felt a hand take her left arm then she felt a sharp prick that made her arm flinch from the pain.

Tina closed her eyes again, she felt her mind confused and spinning out of control. She tried to pushed them off at first. As the drug again took over she lost all thought. Tina was conscious, but could not comprehend or process what was happening to her.

I want you Tina. Whispered a voice, but to Tinas confused mind it sounded like it was in slow motion or a garbled sound. She felt their body on top of her, then forcefully licking Tinas ear then down her neck. Tina arched her back and moaned. She was released and fell into the bed. She felt them as they pulled out of her and held her in their arms from behind as her body was shaking with after shocks.

Still holding on to her, Tina was forced back over on her back and then pulled up on top of them. She felt her legs parted as she felt her body pulled down to straddled her legs over them. Their hands grabbed her hips and raised her body slightly. Then she felt the stabbing pain as they forced themselves inside of her. She felt their hips rise at the same time pulling her down forcing them deeper. The pace became faster until Tina could not stop her body from responding. Tina began grinding herself against them as deep as she could, then placing her hands on their chest she moved her hips up and down faster and faster until she again climaxed and her body fell limp on top of them. Tina felt her body raised and lowered onto her side on the bed.

Dr: Wilson: Tina its Dr: Wilson. Can you understand me. Wake up Tina. Thats it. Wake up honey. Youre safe now.

Tina: Where am I?

Dr: Wilson: You in the ER Tina. Do you remember what happened to you?

Tinas mind was confused. She could remember things but couldnt tell which was true or a dream. I dont know Dr: Wilson. I dont know Tina said crying turning her head away from Dr: Wilson.

Dr: Wilson: Tina, listen to me dear. Tina, you were brought in to the ER after the police found you and another man unconscious in a vehicle. He is still unconscious, but ***** wake up soon like you. Tina your blood test show you were drugged with GHB. Do you know what that is?

Tina: (crying) No.

Dr: Wilson: Tina it is used as a date rape drug.

Tina: OH GOD NO!!

Dr: Wilson: Tina calm down. Please calm down honey. Tina I had to do a rape kit because the nurses found blood in your panties. Thats why they paged me. Tina there was no trace of *****. Do you understand what I am telling you.

Tina: Yes sorta. Everything is still foggy. What does this drug do?

Dr: Wilson: Its a liquid depressant with anesthetic qualities. The drug takes effect 10 – 15 minutes after ingested or through a needle. The drug gives a feeling of relaxation, tranquility, sensuality, and loss of inhibitions and lasts 2 – 3 hours unless combined with alcohol, where effects may last 20 – 30 hours. Your blood test showed no alcohol so I would guess you were drugged for at least 3 hours.

Tina: What time is it? We left the office at 5:00.

Dr. Wilson: Tina you were found about 30 minutes ago and brought here. It is now a little after 8:00. Tina the police are here and want to take a rape report.

Tina: NO, NO I WASNT RAPED!!! Leave me alone. I dont want to see them just leave me alone.

Dr. Wilson: Tina calm down. No one is going to hurt you. You have to tell the police. You have to file a report Tina.

Tina: NO, NO I WASNT RAPED I TELL YOU!!!! It was a dream. I know it was. I woke up in the car. It was just a dream.

Dr. Wilson: Tina please calm down. Tina I have examined you. I did not see any tears or vaginal damage. But you do have abrasions on you thighs, and bruising on your breast, arms and wrist. Tina, I’m sorry but every thing I see tells me could have been raped.

Dr. Wilson: Tina do you want me to call Bette?

You were there for Bette when she was raped. Why wont you let her be here for you my dear. You need her help. You are going to need her support Tina. You cannot go through this alone.

Tina Jumped back in the bed as the door flung open and slammed against the wall. There stood Bette. Tina wasnt sure what Bette had heard. She couldnt speak.

Bette: (Running to Tinas side) Tina baby, oh my god what happen? Dr. Wilson what happen? Are you ok Tina? I got a call from a police officer that you and Charles were here. What happened baby?

Tina: I’m ok baby. I’m ok. Charles and I were drugged but the police found us in his Hummer. They brought us here. Charles hasnt woken up yet that I know of, but I’m ok really. I just want to go home. Please Bette take me home baby. Take me home.

Bette grabbed Tina into her arms holding her crying. I’m here baby. Ill take you home. Bette felt Tina tighten her body as Bette held her. Bette let go and backed away. Whats wrong. What happen? Dr. Wilson?? Tina?? Whats wrong? Some body tell me. Somethings not right I can feel it. Tell me now dammit.

Dr. Wilson: Bette you have to calm down. Please Bette remain calm ok. Tina is going to be just fine. Now take her home. Tina I want you to call me if you need me ok.

Bette: Wait a damn minute. If Tina was drugged then why are you here Dr. Wilson? Youre her OB.

Tina: Bette I

Dr. Wilson: Bette I was called in because Tina was drugged and as a precaution I had to do a rape kit.

Bette: So she wasnt raped? Tina were you? Answer me!

Dr Wilson looked over at Tina. Tina was frozen.

Dr. Wilson: Bette I examined Tina and found no sign of ***** or damage. Now take your wife home and stop upsetting her more than she already is.

Tina ask Bette to go check on Charles while Dr. Wilson helped her dress. She didnt want Bette to see the bruises. By the time Bette returned Tina was discharged and ready to leave. How is Charles, Tina asked. Hes still unconscious. They said he should walk up in an hour or so. When he does I want answers. How did he let this happen? Bette said getting angry again. They walked to the car in silence and Joe drove them home.

Bette helped Tina into bed because she was still feeling unsteady. Bette took Joe into the kitchen and explained in detail what she knew had happened. Joe had already spoken with the officers. We need to find out how Tina and Charles were drugged, Bette said.

Tina woke up a few hours later to see Bette sound asleep in bed next to her. She got up and went into the bathroom. She leaned over and turned the shower on then she removed her clothes and got in. She stood there letting the hot water relax her sore muscles. Tina grabbed the soap and started washing it all over her body. She couldnt remember anything that really happened. Was it all just a dream? Tina just felt like she had to get clean. As she rubbed the soap over her center it started to burn badly. She rinsed the soap off as fast as she could. Tina felt her legs giving way as she sat on the floor letting the water hit her body. She pulled her knees up to her chest and began crying with her hands covering her face. What happened to me? What happened? I wasnt raped. I wasnt raped. Why cant I remember? Tina kept saying this over and over again in almost a silent whimper.

Bette rolled over in bed to find Tina gone. She got up and headed towards the bathroom. As she opened the door there stood Tina combing her hair with her robe on.

Bette: Honey you ok?

Tina: Yes, I just woke up and felt like I wanted a hot shower to help me go back to sleep.

Bette: Tina, look at me please. Youre not ok. I can see it in your eyes. Tina, I can feel it in my heart. Something is wrong. I know it is.

Tina: Baby you’re just worried is all. I’m ok really. With all that has happened to Shane and Whit your just overreacting honey. Thats all.

Bette stepped towards Tina to embrace her and felt Tina back away.

Bette: YOURE NOT OK!!! If nothing happened then why wont you let me touch you?

Tina was getting angry now and started to walk past Bette out of the bathroom. As she did Bette grabbed her wrist and pulled her back. Tina screamed out in pain. Bette grabbed the sleeve of Tinas robe and pulled it up to see all the bruising. Bette felt her body fill with rage as she grabbed Tinas robe and jerked it open. She saw the bruising. Bette fell back against the sink as she looked at her wifes bruised body. Covering her mouth with her hand she fell to her knees wrapping her arms around Tina legs. The both began to cry. Tina pulled Bette up into her arms.

Tina: Bette please forgive me. I couldnt tell you. I dont even remember what happened myself. How could I tell you what happened. I dont know, I dont know, please baby help me. I cant remember. Please Bette help me.

Bette grabbed Tina up into her arms as she felt Tinas body collapsing. She carried Tina over to the bed and gently laid her down. Better pulled the covers up over Tina and then laid down wrapping her arms around her. Tina cried so hard for so long until she finally cried herself to sleep.

The next morning Bette, Joe and Whit were in the kitchen drinking coffee when they heard screaming coming from the bedroom. Bette took off with Whit and Joe behind her with their guns drawn. Tina was sitting up in the bed screaming as Bette came running in. Bette grabbed Tina up in her arms to calm her. Tina was so hysterical nothing was working. Whit and Joe backed out of the room and Whit called Stacey. Whit told Joe shed be right back. Whit flew home and picked up Stacey while Staceys Mom stayed with Josh. Whit explained to Stacey what had happened to Tina on the drive back.

Stacey entered their bedroom carrying her medical bag. Setting it down on the nightstand next to Tina. Stacey reached in and pulled out a bottle of sedative and inserted a needle into the bottle. As Stacey turned the bottle upside down to withdraw the fluid into the needle Tina saw this and started fighting Bette, hitting and kitting at her to break away. Tina began screaming NO PLEASE DONT!! PLEASE DONT! NO MORE PLEASE!!!

Bette let go out of pure shock. Whit and Joe came running in and held Tina down while Stacey injected the sedative into Tinas arm. They held her until she finally started to calm down still crying and begging for them not to harm her. All the while Whit talking to Tina trying to calm her.

Bette had backed away off the bed against the closet door. She just stood their unable to move, to speak. She just stared. Stacey walked over to Bette to check on her. Bette was ok she just didnt know what to do. Tina had been violated and Bette wasnt there to protect her. Tina slept the rest of the day. Stacey checked on Tina every hour until 9:00 before Whit took Stacey home.

That night Joe sat in a chair in the hallway. He could see the twins room and Bette and Tinas that way. Other guards were outside as well. Bette sat in the chair next to the bed all night. She was too afraid to fall asleep. Afraid something would happen to Tina.

The next morning Tina woke to find Bette sitting in the chair pulled up to the bed asleep. Tina sat up and reached her hand to caress the side of Bette beautiful face. As she did Bette jumped awake and sat up.

Tina: Ssshh, Baby its only me.

Bette: Tina are you alright?

Tina: I’m fine baby. I’m fine now. Please lay with me and hold me.

Bette sat down beside Tina afraid to touch her at first. Not sure how Tina would react. Tina crawled up into Bettes lap wrapping her arms around Bettes neck. Bette sat there against the headboard and held on tight.

Bette: Tina, I need to tell you something. I need to remind you of something really.

Tina: What is it baby?

Bette: Tina when I was When Candace raped me you held me. You talked to me. You got me to open up and tell you what happened. I just want you to know that I am here for you just the same. I wont push you. I just needed to tell you that I am here. Ok.

Tina: Bette I want to tell you. I want to talk about it, but I dont remember. I dont remember anything. I dont even know if I was raped or if it was a dream.

Bette: I understand that baby. I pray to god you werent, but if you were, Tina. I really want you to talk to Jennifer or somebody about this. Please baby. I dont know how to help you. I know it helped me so much when I had Jennifer. She had dealt with so many cases like this. Please Tina at least think about talking to her or someone. Anyone. For me please.

Tina: OK baby calm down. I will I promise. Do you know if Jennifer is back yet or not.

Bette: I dont know but we can call and find out. Tina, thank you.

Tina: For what babe?

Bette: For saying you would.

Tina: Your welcome baby. Now how about we go wake our beautiful kids up and get our day going.

Bette: Are you sure you feel up to it?

Tina: The best medicine in the world is the smile on our childrens faces. Yes I’m sure.

Another month had gone by. Tina was in therapy but still could not remember much more than she did after it happened. At least she was learning to deal with it better.

Several threatening letters showed up at the house. Whit knew Clements was trying her best to solve this but nothing was happening. So Whit and Bette decided to make a plan of their own to catch this guy.

The plan was to have everyone gone at night at the Gallery. No bodyguard just Whit and Bette. Whit made Bette wear her extra vest just as a precaution. This went on for several nights with nothing. Whit knew for certain that she had not been seen as she snuck in after everyone was gone. Bette sat in her office some times and other time she walked around the gallery but never leaving Whits sight. This was there last night. Tina had put her foot down about Bette working late so much.

Bette decided to call it a night when she heard a noise behind her. She turned around and there he stood holding a knife in his hand.

Bette: (whispering) I am going to kill you. You hurt two of my best friends and you kidnapped and raped my wife.

The man just stood there in the shadows.

Whit noticed Bette turn around but couldnt see what she was doing. She was to far away to hear Bette whispering. Before Whit could even think of what was happening Bette lunged forward attacking the man. Whit took off running towards them. She pulled her gun but couldnt shoot. Shed hit Bette. Whit was screaming for Bette to get off of him.

Bette was fighting for the knife that Whit had not seen. By the Time Whit saw the knife it was too late. Bettes body slumped down on top of the man, neither moved for what seemed like forever. Whit finally with her gun drawn pulled Bettes body off. Only to see the knife stabbed into the man. Bette laid there from exhaustion.

Whit knelt down to the man. Now able to see that it was in fact just a boy. He couldnt be older than 18. WHY! Why did you do this son? Why did you shoot me? Why were you trying to kill this woman? Why did you kidnap and rape her wife?

Boy: Father!

Whit: What?

Boy: My father. She killed my father.

Whit: Son shes never killed anyone. I swear. Who was your father?

Boy: Lewis. Dr. Lewis.. He killed himself after he lost his job.

Bette You ***** son of a *****!!! You tried to kill two of my friends and raped my wife because you ***** father *****’d my brain surgery up. He almost killed me you stupid little *****!!!

Boy: NO!!

Whit: Bette! BETTE! Call an ambulance now! DO IT NOW!!!

Boy: (grabbing Whits shirt) No rape.. not me I didnt.. rape anyone

Whit: OK, OK hang on son. Help is coming. Its going to be ok.

Bette: The ambulance is on its way.

Whit: Its too late. Hes gone.

Bette: GOOD! I told him I was going to kill him for what he did. For raping my wife. I’m glad hes dead.

Whit: Bette He.. He said he never touched Tina.

Bette: You mean he didnt rape her. She wasnt raped. Oh thank god.

Whit: NO! Bette, he said he never touched her. He didnt do it. He said hed never met Tina.
