    Bette gets upset

    ”Good morning Alice” Tina smiled as she walked into the kitchen.

    “Oh hey TK” Alice smiled as she was mixing together the ingredients to make pancakes.

    “You need help?” Tina asked.

    “No I’m good” Alice smiled.

    Tina took a seat at the counter and rested her head in her hand as she watched Alice.

    “So TK I heard some weird sounds coming from the living room last night?” Alice said, having not really heard anything but wanted to test her friend.

    “Really? Well I didn’t hear anything” Tina said and shrugged her shoulders.

    “So nothing happened between you and Porter?” Alice asked, raising an eyebrow at her friend.

    “Good morning” Bette smiled as she walked into the kitchen, interrupting the conversation between Alice and Tina.

    “Good morning” they both answered as Alice looked curiously between Bette and Tina.

    “You slept well on the floor Porter?” Alice smirked.

    “It wasn’t the most comfortable but it was ok” Bette said shrugging her shoulders as she took a seat next to Tina.

    “I would have thought Tina would be nice enough to share the couch with you” Alice smirked looking at Tina.

    “Alice enough with teasing already” Tina sighed “Yes Bette and I slept together, get over it”

    Alice looked stunned for a moment “Yeez I was only joking around a bit, relax”

    Tina rolled her eyes and got up from her chair “I’ll go wake up Shane” she said before leaving the kitchen.

    “So Porter what is really going on with you and TK?” Alice asked seriously as Tina had left the room.

    “There is nothing going on Al”

    “Tina isn’t usually one to have a one night stand”

    “Alice she just got out of a seven year relationship, don’t you think she just wants a little fun?”

    “I guess…” Alice said, shrugging her shoulders “But just be careful ok?”

    “What is that supposed to mean?”

    “Look Bette I know you…I know you like to have fun and that you never stay with the same girl for long…I just don’t want my best friend to get hurt”

    “There is nothing going on Alice” Bette said as she was getting irritated with her friend “And don’t just go and make assumptions about me and who I am” she said angrily.

    2. Heh, if Alice only knew how Tina felt in the first place… she could have saved her little speech to Bette. Either way though, it’s not really any of Alice’s business. Tina probably needs to find her own place as soon as she can, regardless of whether she ever pursues anything more with Bette. Thanks for the post! :)

    7. I just caught up on this story and I have to say I’m in love with it ! This chapter was really effing hot and I hope that keeping things a secret doesn’t mess anything up. I have a feeling that the longer they keep it hidden, the more problems are gonna cause. I can’t wait to read more !

    8. Great update. First, Tina needs to get her own place pronto. Second, Alice needs to shut her damned mouth and thirdly, she also needs to keep her nose out of other people’s business. They are grown and can make up their own minds about what they are doing and they don’t need to announce it to the world. Tina and Bette need to get to a place where they will admit their attraction to each other. Thanks.
