Helen had tried to call Shane,but she didden`t get any answer, so she left a message on her mobile: “Shane. Where are you?…are you ok? I`m so sorry about what happened…Anyway..I need to see you. I`m sitting outside your`e apartment…and I think it will start to rain very soon. So, come home when youre ready to talk.Ok? Bye baby.”

Shane coulden`t hear that her phone rang while she walked on her way home. It started to rain. “What a wierd day” she thought as she stopped outside the planet. She went inside and drank a cup of tea before she to ran back to her apartment.
It was still raining hard on the ground. As she turned the corner to her apartment, she saw helen sitting in her stairs, freezing in her clothes which was all wet because of the rain.

“God, Helen…have you`ve been sitting here all the time?” Shane gave her a big warm hug and unlocked the door as fast as she could. They went in. “Shane I`m sorry.I feel like this is all my faulth, and I`m gonna quit too if that will make you feel any better” Helen spoke fast to not get interrupted. Shane leaned her hands on helens shoulders and smiled at her. “Helen. Nobody`s gonna quit. It`s ok. It`s all fixed” Helen didden`t quite understand what Shane had been up to while she had been sitting in her stairs. “What do you mean? Please tell me you didden`t kill him” Helen asked a little hysteric. “Helen..are you serious? I didden`t kill the guy…though there was a minute I really wanted to….” Shane joked, but she saw the expression on Helens face and decided to continue on telling the good news. “You see.. Alan called me. I got my job back” Shane spoke with a reliefed little giggle.

“Oh my god! You`ve got it back?” Helen smiled widely and pulled Shane into a hug. “How did you convice the little *****…?” Helen asked, obviously still angery at Alan. “Let`s put it this way: Alan likes you, and that`s why he fired me, but thats also why he hired me back.” Shane made an do-you-understand-expression and Helen nodded. “Well that explains a lot” she said as she sat down, looking thougtful. “Yeah…” Shane whispered staring at the floor. “We should just forget about it. It`s ok now” Shane sat down with Helen and cuddeled her. “And you know.. If I get fired again, I`ll be ok.It`s not the end of the word. Cause as long as I got you…” Shane was interupted as Helen took Shanes hand in hers. “I love you Shane”. In the second Helen told her, Shanes eyes turned wet. A tear rolled down her cheek while she got a tighter grip on Helens hand. “No one have ever told me that. Exept you”. Shane was fighting back her tears, but they just kept coming. “I`ve never thought I would ever hear those words. You know how important it is to me? To be able to say to myself that no matter what happends …I`ve been loved?”. Helen wiped a tear away from Shanes cheek, and took her head in her lap as Shane cried silent. Helen heard that Shane whispered some words she couldent hear. “What are you saying baby?” she asked and stroke her fingers trough Shanes hair. Shane got up and kissed Helens warm lips. “I just said that…I love you”…
